Visiting the underground landmarks such as the Roman Amphitheater and crypto was fascinating. There is a lot of steep steps in this tour so not for those who have week knees or troubjevgoingbup and down stairs. It's fast moving and Oreste was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Underground tours give a differentbperspective

Visited 4 sites with underground locations in Catania, each with some relation to Catania's long history, from the ancient Greeks, Romans, and Byzantine, and the cataclysms (earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and war). Tour gude was knowledgeable and personable both in English and Italian!
