This was one of the most stressful booking experiences I’ve had. The operator kept changing the time and even the meeting point, including last-minute updates while I was already traveling. Communication was inconsistent and often contradictory, making it difficult to know what was actually confirmed.
After several days of confusion and back-and-forth, I completely lost confidence in the operator and chose not to attend. The lack of organization and accountability made this a very disappointing experience. This operator should not be listed on Viator.

The tour guide was good but the instructions from Viator on where to meet caused unnecessary stress. It reads that you need to collect tickets from a collection point which on the day we attended was closed, instructions also dont pinpoint the tour guide so we asked numerous guides until we found ours.

The guide changed the time of the tour. We arrived 30 minutes prior to the tour and could not find the guide and we consequently missed the tour and the experience at great cost. We tried to communicate via the app without success. Very u fortunate.

Entry was delayed. Despite booking slot for specific time the Group had to queue with the large line for over 30mins to enter. The Guide said this had not happened before but didn't have any solutions.

We understand how frustrating this situation must have been. Even with pre-booked time slots, access to monuments like the Cathedral can sometimes be affected by external factors such as high demand, security controls or internal management decisions, which are beyond our control.
Although this is not a common situation, on rare occasions delays at the entrance can occur despite having priority tickets. In these cases, our guides always do their best to manage the situation and continue the visit as smoothly as possible once access is granted.

I can tell you nothing about the experience because the guide left before recognizing us as part of the group. He sent a text at 14:47 from his location ( from which we were 15 feet away) saying he would leave at 15:00. We were at the meeting place but didn’t see the guide because they had already left. He didn’t say where they would be directly after the meeting place so we could catch up there. We missed the entire experience.
I texted to ask if there was another tour scheduled for that day or next He said that yes, I could schedule another tour but I would have to pay again.

Due to a misunderstanding regarding the meeting point, we unfortunately missed the tour.
The meeting details was sent through whatsapp at the exact time the tour had already started. When we arrived at the meeting area, we were unable to locate the tour guide.
I have called that I cannot find the guide, then the tour operator informed to find the cathedral entrance. It appears that the guide had already entered the cathedral. We could not go in without the guide.
We could not contact the guide directly (we were told we could not contact when he was working). As a result, our entire family missed the tour. This was a very disappointing start to our Seville trip.

We would like to clarify a few important points. The meeting point and all practical details are always provided in advance through Viator and reiterated via WhatsApp prior to the tour. In this case, the tour started at the scheduled time, as access to monuments such as the Cathedral requires strict punctuality and we cannot delay the entire group once the official entrance time has arrived.
As indicated in our communications and booking conditions, guides are unable to answer phone calls once the tour has begun, as they are actively guiding the group inside the monument. For this reason, it is essential to arrive before the scheduled start time at the designated meeting point.
We regret that a misunderstanding led to you missing the tour and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving our communication processes.

Very bad experience. We were slightly late because we misunderstood the meeting point. We tried calling several times but couldn’t reach anyone on site, and the person on the phone was not helpful at all. We arrived at the correct place only 5–7 minutes late, but the group had already left. We rushed to the site entrance, less than 10 minutes after the official start time, but were told the group was already “gone” and there was nothing we could do. Nobody called to check if we were lost or nearby. We felt completely let down — the worst service and support ever. Don’t book here.

The tour was on time and met at the designated meeting point. Being with the group allowed us to avoided the queue at entry. Commentary from the guide was humorous and informative and created a good atmosphere within the group during the tour. My only negative comment was the sound quality from the device she was using to transmit to our headphones.

We joined a rather large group, which had already spent several hours with the guide touring the Alcazar. I mention this because, in addition to the guide speaking very fast, for us the tour felt rushed. I confess I didn't check my watch to see if we were "with" the guide for 1 hour 30 minutes but I think it was closer to an hour and then we were given the option of climbing the tower on our own. We very much appreciated the information shared by the guide and would not hesitate to recommend the tour to others.

Generally, a good experience. Customers need to be aware of the assembling point as it may not be exactly the coordinates sent by the company; however, it should be nearby. The guide is well-informed and enthusiastic. The radio gadget is not the clearest, but okay. I texted the staff about where they were from the Viator app when I could not find them and received no relevant responses. It seems this is not an effective way to receive a quick response from the staff.

Our tour guide was knowledgeable and provided great context and fun anecdotes as we toured the Cathedral. It felt a bit rushed towards the end, and the audio was a bit fuzzy so it was somewhat challenging to hear what he was saying. But still definitely worth it to go in with a tour.

A beautiful cathedral full of history including the resting place of Christopher Columbus. Huge structure incorporating parts of the mosque that existed prior. The climb to the top of the Giralda is not difficult.

The Catedral of Seville was amazing, the beauty and all the history within its walls is amazing. I had forgot that Christopher Columbus was buried there. How well preserved after all these years is amazing. Just as Cordoba, you can truly appreciate the Muslim touch through their construction style of the original Mosque area and the beauty of the Catholic art after it was made into a cathedral. It is a must see as well!

Falsely advertised as small group (max 20) tour starting at 3pm.
Tour actually began after 3.30 with cohort of 30 people. Audio system rendered guide incomprehensible and tour size meant hearing guide was impossible. Waste of time and money.
