Educational and Fun!

Andreas was amazing.....an excellent teacher and olive oil sommelier! In excellent English, he described the olive oil making process and classifications prior to our tasting. We sampled 4 oils contrasting and comparing their flavor profiles. By the end of the tasting I could actually appreciate the difference between the high quality extra virgin olive oil and the others. It was intimate, educational and fun!
