Our meeting point is located at Paseo de las Delicias, 1, Sevilla, in between the Restaurant "Uno de Delicias" and the souvenir shop. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please notice that if you are late we will not be able to let you up. We will not offer refunds if you are late.

Wonderful experience! Our host Esperanza was intelligent, informative, funny and welcoming. I learned a lot and tasted some delicious sangria. The terrace is also beautiful and a great place to take photos or the river and Torre del Oro. Don't be afraid to come alone, you'll have a great?time and make friends!

DO Not waste your money,……. We had a booking on 20 March for 6 people for sangria tasting with 2 x additional drinks.
We arrived and were seated at two tables on a balcony during the rain. There was debate over the roof cover but eventually this was pulled over the only two tables we were allowed to sit.
The host came out for 10 minutes with 2 small glasses of wine / sherry which was very nasty.
We were then left in the dark, cold & rain with drips of rain falling on us whilst the host went off to tend to another party.
After 30 minutes I went to find out what was happening to the two tables sat in the cold, dark rain. I stood for over 5 minutes watching the host entertain the 4 person private group inside in the comfort and was ignored.
I went back to my table for a further 15 mins but was fed up of being dripped on by the rain so went to ask for the manager.
The host was at this time supposedly making us more drinks but I said no we have sat in the cold, dark rain for over an hr whilst she hosted another party. We were not invited inside until I said we were leaving and it was made clear when we arrived we had to sit on the outer two tables.
We decided to cut our losses at the time and left so as not to ruin our evening further. It was a very poor tour and not what was sold to us. We paid for additional drinks on top of the normal tour and literally had a glass of horrid sherry that was not sangria.
We have tried multiple times to raise this as a complaint but after 10 emails to Viator we have received £42 refund for a tour we paid £185 for. It was missold and we should have received compensation for such a farcical event. Viator simple repeat the same scripted message which is very poor customer service.
The Tour Operator, #localfoodexperiencesseville have ignored both my messages via WhatsApp and my email. My advice is to not waste money and a complete rip off company and think twice about booking with Viator as they take no responsibility with substandard customer service

Dear Customer,
This group arrived at the meeting point and was immediately taken up to the terrace where the activity takes place; they did not have to wait. They were offered the option to sit either inside or outside, and they chose to sit outside along with the rest of the clients.
One participant in particular displayed an unacceptable attitude towards our staff member, to the point that the other customers could not believe what was happening. There were also other clients present, aside from this group, who had no issues at all.
This participant claims that they were not offered the option to sit inside, which is false, as the guide had already prepared a table for them indoors, but they chose to sit outside. One person from this reservation was making the group uncomfortable with their behavior, and even members of their own group told the guide that “this was not okay” and that this was the reason they were leaving.
For these reasons, we also reserve the right to take appropriate legal action if our company deems it necessary. We will take the appropriate steps to ensure that the facts of the situation are accurately established. We have supporting evidence available and will provide it to any competent authority if required.

Little bit difficult to find the meeting point .
Stunning views from the roof top across the city . Venue was not prepared . Host was lovely friendly and really knowledgeable .

This was such a lovely evening! The location is beautiful with views overlooking the city (and sunset views at that!) and the four sangrias were delicious. My personal favorite was the white wine sangria, but they were all really good. Our host (I can’t remember her full name but I think she said we could call her Lucy, was awesome as well and gave us good background on the history of sangria.

Really nice rooftop location overlooking many of the historical sites of the city. The hostess Judith, was friendly and informative about the different kinds of sangrias and their origins. We had 4 types of sangrias all full size with olives and manchengo cheese. For the experience I though it was well priced. I would recommend a visit.

I didn’t realize there was so much to learn about sangria! I thought you mixed fruit juice and fruit with wine and called it done. Our guide (can’t remember her name) taught us so much, and I admit, got us a little drunk. It was really quite interesting and I will definitely try making some different types in the future.

Julia - gave a very personal presentation with family stories and anecdotes that added color to and character to the presentation. She warned us that Sevillians talk very fast and she lived up to that description but clarified and amplified the sentences that were strung together She answered all our questions completely.

Very interesting and entertaining tasting. The sangria was very good and the view was wonderful. It was raining but they were so kind to ask if we wanted to reschedule for the next day, we decided to stay though. Beautiful experience, especially thanks to Ana, who was very knowledgeable and very nice. I absolutely recommend the experience

The location for the tasting is s rooftop with fabulous views of the Torre del Oro and the Cathedral. Our guide Catherine was really welcoming and very knowledgeable. You have the option to taste 4 different Sangrias and learn how they are made and when they are drunk. Thoroughly recommend doing this when I Seville.

Julia, who hosted us my friends and I was delightful and full of interesting information. We tried four types of Sangrias and learned about tinto verano. Delicious Sangria with great views of Seville. I highly recommend this experience.

Excellent views, especially if you go in the evening. We had a very nice sunset. The Sangrias were good although an hour and a half is bit short to drink all four.

The host woman was awesome telling the history of Seville and the sangria and if I had more time I would do it again. The sangrias were great but the 3rd and the original was my favorite wish I could go just drink that version because now I can’t find one as good.

Mooi uitzicht vanaf het dakterras, maar het verliep een beetje rommelig. Er waren verschillende groepen met verschillende activiteiten op hetzelfde dakterras. Je krijgt erg veel drank en niet heel veel tijd om alles op te drinken. Informatie was heel goed en duidelijk.

we would love to say thank you for the review but it is not accurate at all. SO i am going to give the right information to you and for the the future customers:
1. Our rooftop has a capacity of 120 people so obviously we are not going to use it for just 20 people who are paying 30€ for a Sangria Tasting...that is not profitable at all.
2. Each group was located in different areas of the rooftop so that way nobody was hearing other activities.
3. You have plenty of time to drink it because we do not tell anyone to leave unless they want to.
