Chef Hakyung provided a great experience! I’m not a cook, but still had fun with my spouse (who usually cooks) :)

Chef Hakyung’s kimchi class was amazing the overall experience was phenomenal. The small class size made it easy for Chef Hakyung to give her undivided attention to everyone in the class. She explained to us the history of making Kimchi as well as the different ways and styles to make Kimchi. The class was informative and fun! I especially enjoyed the seafood pancake and drinks she made while we were getting set up!

Great experience! While tasting delicious food and homemade honey Hakyung demonstrated the Kimchi making process and answered all questions. Then it is your turn to make some delicious Kimchi with the provided authentic ingredients! I really enjoyed the class!

First Chef Hakyung welcome me withe Tea and made me some royal tteokbokki which was really very good.
I love Kimchi, but i always thought it was difficult to make, but chef Hakyung made it so easy for me to understand all the ingredients needed and how to process. it make it.
Now thanks to her course I am able to replicate it at home.
But, first I will try the Kimchi I made which i will take home.
Next time i am in Seoul i will definitely go back for more lesson for Korean dishes

I loved this class. The Chef made me tteokbokki, that was not spicy. The food was amazing 👏.
I learned a lot for the chef. She was very informative and educational. Can't wait to make Kimchi at home now.

Hakyung is an amazing chef. Everything was fantastic, from the nice welcoming ginger drink and breakfast to the kimchi cooking. The place is well arranged, very lovely. I was lucky because it was a one to one class and she was very friendly. She walked me after to a wonderful exhibition. She made my day ! ❤️

Not to be missed opportunity ! Top chef Hakyung’s class was incredible, followed by the best meal we have had in Korea. She then took us to a cutlery shop because we loved the Korean brass cutlery she had and also took us to a gallery exhibition that was nearby. She gave us plenty of information on where to get great Korean pottery and general information for Seoul. She is the bee’s knees ! Such a memorable experience! Thank you chef Hakyung !!!

Chef Hakyung is spectacular! This was a fun, personalized class and delightful learning experience, in a beautiful boutique cooking studio. I highly recommend this class to couples or small groups looking for an authentic and highly enjoyable Korean culinary experience in Seoul. Kimchi 4ever!!!

Everything was amazing… lunch, kimchi class, drinks… Chef Hakyung is the sweetest, loveliest person you could ever hope to meet. Her class was informative and the kimchi we made so delicious. Highly recommend taking this class if you have the fortune to be in Seoul. Not to miss experience!!!

Kim was enorm sociaal en heeft ons een onvergetelijke ervaring gegeven. Ze was chef kok voor de Koreaanse consulaat in Texas alsook chef in een sterrenrestaurant in Seoul waarover ze leuke verhalen vertelde. Ze gaf tips om een goede kimchi te maken en legde alles goed uit. Het is absoluut een aanrader. Het is wel niet in het paleis maar in haar schattige studio in een steegje niet ver van het paleis.
