Was late by a day on making my booking. They were very accommodating to take care of our transportation. The driver even called the hotel to let them know we were coming and the staff meet us to handle our luggage.

Not A Luxury Pickup

For the cost, I was very disappointed. I booked this pickup thinking it would be a seamless luxury experience as the name describes. It was NOT. They were not present for my pickup time and were not waiting with a name placard as you would expect. I waited for several minutes only for some random guy to finally walk around and shout my name, thank goodness I caught it. The driver was not even the person shouting my name and he handed me off to someone else. No warm greeting and unprofessional. The vehicle was NOT CLEAN. Did not appear to be wiped down at all as there were crumbs on the table and seats. I didn’t receive nor was I offered any bottle water or Wi-Fi or anything. The drive to my hotel was only 10 minutes and it just seemed very overpriced for the quality. Would not recommend

Si j’avais pu mettre 0 étoiles je l’aurais fait : aucune limo ou voiture de standing tel que sur les photos de l’annonce une simple voiture qui vous entends a l’aéroport. Pas du tout le service payé une grosse arnaque avec de fausses photos flatteuses .
