What are people saying about Santorini

Definitely worth it!
Wonderful experience! I booked this tour for my parents as they don’t travel solo too often and they absolutely loved it. They said their guide was wonderful and super knowledgeable. He created their itinerary to fit their needs which they loved. I highly recommend this tour!

Santorini in 1 day!
This was great way to see Santorini with only 1 day in port! We covered a lot of ground efficiently with great photo shots. Loved the history and background. Highly recommend for travelers wanting to maximize your time in Santorini! We also opted for the water taxi to avoid the cable car line in the morning (during high season) - smart move!

Great Santorini Tour with George
George was a great guide! Took us to all the itinerary locations and more. Kind, personable, helpful - some of the locations were pretty tough terrain and he made sure he walked through it with us literally holding my hand for some of it. Plus he’s a great photographer too!! He had extra cold water to keep us cool and cranked the air conditioning (the heat is intense). Highly recommend!!

Best day of our cruise!!!! Book this….you won’t regret it!
This operation really has it together! From pick up to drop off, everything was literally perfection. They picked us up right where our tender boat dropped us off. We boarded the most beautiful catamaran and met the 4 crew members. Yes, 4 crew members and 4 of us! Vito and Xena were the deck crew that took care of us all day. I can’t remember our captain’s name. They let me hook up to the speaker so we could listen to our playlists. We stopped first to see a cute little church on the water and a sunken ferry boat. The water is so clear you could see straight to the bottom. Then we stopped in the hot springs. They definitely aren’t “hot”…..but they are warmer than the sea water. It was a pretty cool experience, but not really what I had pictured. Vito told us all about the island and the volcanos. He was very knowledgeable and his English was great. We stopped at a black beach where you could swim, snorkel, or paddleboard to the beach if you wanted. They also have really nice floaties to relax in. Again, super clear water. Not many fish to see, but that’s expected in Greece. We then moved to another beautiful swimming spot. They cooked our lunch on a grill right on the back of the boat. I think there was enough food for 10 people. Bread, cheese, salad, grape leaves, pasta, chicken, sausage, and shrimp! Xena did the cooking. She’s an amazing cook! It was one of the best meals, and you couldn’t beat the view while we ate! They kept the white wine and beer coming all day. Our glasses were never empty! We stopped one last place to swim where there were lots of other boats moored up so that was fun. Back to the dock, said our goodbyes and a driver took us back to town. This is where the day took a turn (at no fault of the tour operator). Cars can drive down to the dock where the tender boats are, so you options are to ride a donkey, walk for 30 minutes down very steep/uneven steps, or take the cable car. My husband walked in flip flops. He made it, but he said he would never do it again in flip flops. He would if he had tennis shoes on and 2 beers:). The rest of us took the cable car and the line was really long. There is no way of telling how long they wait is when you get in line. We waited about an hour, but I heard the wait can get to 3 or 4 hours. If I had it to do over I would have brought tennis shoes and walked down, or rode a donkey, but I felt sorry for them :(.

Amazing!
We loved Electra! We had a group of 10 for the 6 hour tour. She helped us tailor the tour to fit what everyone wanted to see. She gave us insights to the area and answered all of our many questions. It was a fabulous day and we left feeling like we had a new friend in Greece!

Amazing Private Tour of Santorini
We had such an amazing experience touring Santorini! One of the best parts was how private and personalized the entire tour felt. We were able to explore so much of the island in one day without ever feeling rushed or like we were part of a large, crowded tour group.
Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about Santorini and knew exactly where to take us. He showed us some of the best spots around the island, including beautiful viewpoints and places we may never have discovered on our own. It felt like we were truly getting to experience the entire island rather than just visiting the typical tourist stops.
We especially appreciated being able to relax and enjoy the day while he handled everything and shared his knowledge of the island along the way. The privacy of the tour made the experience feel even more special and allowed us to enjoy Santorini at our own pace.
Such a wonderful way to see this beautiful island, and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Greece. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Santorini who wants a more personal and memorable experience!

Ask for Yannis!!
One of the best things we did for our Greek vacation was book a Private Local Driver experience in each of our destinations! And having Yannis as our driver/guide for a day in Santorini was a perfect way to learn more about this amazing island and learn about so much from a local expert! Yannis knows this island, and knows how to help you make most of your day! He took us to so many amazing locations…the lighthouse, the Monastery, a fabulous restaurant for authentic Greek food, and Oia for a stunning sunset! He knows all the perfect places…and surprised us at the end of the day with some amazing views of Santorini at night! Yannis was exceptional and loves to show those who are truly interested in the Greek way of life around the entire island. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or better way to see Santorini!

The best way to see Santorini!
What a phenomenal way to see Santorini!! Our driver/tour guide, Theo, treated us like royalty. Cold waters, perfect driving and quick access to all of the best spots for remarkable photos. He never rushed us and gave us all the historical significance of the sights throughout the island. We will recommend this tour to anyone coming to Santorini.

Great tour for family of 5
This is a great tour if you prefer small, private tours over the larger group tours and want to get a really good overview of the island. We did the 5 hour tour and really enjoyed the sites we got to see. When we stopped in the local village, we ended up eating lunch there so we didn’t get to see the red beach or black beach, so timing and the amount of things to see is really up to you, which is nice. Zafiris, our tour guide, was really knowledgeable and I learned a lot about Santorini from the tour.

Great tour
We had an amazing Santorini tour with Fon! He did a fantastic job as both our tour guide and driver. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. The tour was a great way to see the whole island, including many beautiful spots we might have missed on our own. Our entire family had a wonderful time, and we highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Santorini. Thank you, Fon, for making our trip so memorable!

Great experience , ...
Great experience , incredible views. The food is fantastic, the hospitality is 2nd to none. We travel many places and this place will not disappoint. Lots of shopping, not too pricey. The wine is also something to try. Refreshing whites and pairs well with the food. Our driver was very informative,so we also got a history lesson during the day as well.

Santorini Beyond the Postcard
We had an amazing guided tour of Santorini with Sara and Stelios. The experience was very personal, thoughtful, and rich in details.
It was much more than just seeing the famous views. For anyone who wants to understand Santorini beyond the obvious postcard image, this tour offers a deeper look into the island’s culture, history, landscape, and everyday life.
Sara and Stelios shared stories and insights that made the experience feel authentic and meaningful. It was a beautiful way to connect not only with the place, but also with the people and the soul of Santorini.
