I can’t say enough nice things about this transfer service. We had multiple delays, cancellations and changes in our itinerary due to weather. This company did an excellent job of communicating with me throughout the changes and picking us up right on time. I will definitely be using them again.

Driver did not show up.

Driver was a no show! I scheduled a 3:00 am pick up from the hotel to take us to the airport. The day before I sent the driver a message confirming the pick up time, location and drop off destination. Got a response saying everything was good to go. We were outside of the hotel at 2:45 am…3:20 no driver. I sent a message but didn’t get a response. Contacted Viator and they didn’t get response. We had to order a taxi last minute in order to make it to our flight on time. I understand things happen but to just simply ignore a customer is not ok.

Ripped off. I was charged for transportation I did not receive because the driver would not adjust our pickup time to accomodate for our delay arriving into Santorini from seajets which I had no control over. What a scam and rip off!

Hello As I can see you used some very bad words for us and our services. And you did all that because you didn’t yet a refund for something that wasn’t our fault. You book a transfer from us with pick up at 2 from the port. You informed us that you will be late because your ship will late at the beginning for 1 hour about. We text you back that we can wait maximum for one hour and if we can a little bit more. Your ship was late two and a half hours and it was impossible to wait for you all that time because the car has to leave. We inform you about that and the first thing that you say to us was that you will block the payment because we can’t pick you up whenever you will come. We never speak to you like you speak to us and very courteously we explain to you that we cannot wait and your ship company has to compensation for that delay that they did to you. Please next time if you want to make a but review to a company make sure to right everything. We have 2 Years now the Trip Advisor Travelers Choice Award and we have that because we have a very good service. Thank you and I am very sorry about that but it wasn’t our fault and we don’t deserve this bad wards for our job because we trying to do our best to our clients.

Our tour guide was amazing. she was so knowledgeable and planned out an amazing tour with what we wanted to see. She also knew all the best spots to see the views and take pictures. She also recommended some really great places to have dinner. The driver was great too, very professional and did a great job navigating and making us feel safe. Loved this tour and was worth booking a private tour over a group tour.
