The instructors/personnel were fantastic! So friendly and patient with my youngest (4) who was having a hard time adjusting to the mask. He ended up not participating and we took turns sitting with him on the beach while the rest of the group swam around and got to look at the fish. The only reason for the 4 is the location - the water in that area was quite murky/filled with debris and we didn't see as much as we had hoped. Our instructor took some great pictures of us though, and it was still something we hadn't done before.

Great day excursion: the bay you snorkel in is right off the beach protected by sand bar: then you spend the rest of the day enjoying the Hilton pool and swim up bar.

It was very easy to book. Not far from hotel, Condado Beach club, everyone was pleasant. They had an area for personal items. Equipment was free. It was a small intimate private beach that you walk up to. Recommend for beginners. 1010

Everything went very smoothly for our group with a range of experienced to beginner snorkelers. It was also an easy way to see tropical fish without traveling from San Juan. Due to weather conditions our scope was limited but we still saw some beautiful fish.

My friend had never been snorkeling and was very wary. The crew made her feel safe and comfortable. It was a great first experience! The ocean was quite rough that day, but we were in an area protected by a sea wall so it wasn’t as choppy.
