Participants will meet at the statue and then walk to the beach for the class. Latecomers should stand with their backs to the statue, and walk right to the roundabout by the beach with palm trees and shade. There, they'll find us.

We had such an amazing time doing a Bomba in Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷
My two younger daughters (7 & 8) joined, along with my 76-year-old mother-in-law, and it truly was fun for all ages. The instructor were patient, engaging, and made everyone feel comfortable right away.
We learned four basic Bomba rhythms and routines, and it was such a beautiful way to connect with our culture, music, and movement. 💃🏽🥁
Highly recommend this experience for families it was educational, interactive, and so much fun.

Good things: the first instructor was very knowledgeable, there was a live drummer, the instructor took tons of pictures and videos. Not so good: the class started 30 minutes late and ended 30 minutes late, it was Very fast-paced, and our group was very crowded.

Wasn’t able to fully enjoy the class as it was supposed to start at 5:30 but the salsa was extended-standing waiting for the class to begin

Whatever you do, don’t book this tour. This tour company is probably a scam. No one showed up to the class and no one has responded to any of my messages including the ones sent by Viator. Do not book a class with this company. It’s a shame because I really wanted to take this class with my mom and we weren’t able to because no one came.

Must try class if you would like to learn about puertorican culture. The view, the teacher, the class were amazing. The teacher is very knowledgeable and will have you dancing bomba in a matter of minutes.

The Bomba dance class was infused with the historical context of the origins of Bomba in Puerto Rico and the evolution of Bomba. This was coupled with a great dance instructor and drummer.

A wonderful way to end our trip. Afro Bomba was so much fun for me and my family. The instructor and live drumming were very pleasant. And to top it off class was held with a beautiful sunset.

I had a wonderful time learning the various Bomba dances. The petticoat skirts definitely made me confident and feel as though ibeas part of a Bomba dance family. It was such fun and liberating to dance on the beach.

Bee flexible with your time and patient! I recommend Salsa Tours to give more details about the time and meeting place, it was not clear and knowone met us. A extaner told us where to go for the class.

It was phenomenal. I booked this so my daughter and granddaughter could experience tradicional folklore dance. The instructor and musician were very engaging, specific and made the entire experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend it. I was said it ended. We would have stayed for another hour.
