Excellent walk and tour! We were able to book last minute and it made our trip truly special. The Ranch itself was also just as impressive as the Arch.

I didn’t receive the service I paid $250 USD for — and when I politely requested to reschedule IN ADVANCE, they flat-out refused. No effort to accommodate, no flexibility, no customer service. Just a quick dismissal and a condescending message trying to justify keeping the full payment.
They even compared the situation to “missing a flight,” which is completely absurd. For the record, I didn’t just vanish — I reached out, communicated that I needed to reschedule, and expected (at the very least) a reasonable solution. Any reputable business would offer that. Instead, they used that ridiculous analogy to wash their hands of any responsibility and keep the money.
This is not a professional operation — it’s a cash grab. Their policies are designed to trap customers, and their team hides behind robotic replies and “terms” rather than acting like real humans with any empathy or integrity.
If you’re considering this company — don’t. Spend your money with people who actually value customers, offer clear communication, and provide the service they promise.
This isn’t a business — it’s a hustle dressed up like one. They are happy to take your money and provide nothing in return. The supervisor’s response was robotic, unapologetic, and showed zero concern for resolving the issue fairly.
You’ve been warned — don’t waste your time, energy, or money. There are plenty of trustworthy companies in the area. This is not one of them.

The hike started early, as it is very hot later in the day. We got to ride in an ATV, with lovely views of the coastline. The walk is approximately 1hr, to the arch & back, somewhat dusty and a few hills to climb, but you can take your time. We took many pictures at the arch, very clear day and beautiful

Pablo was amazing!! He was knowledgeable and energetic!! We had an amazing day with him. Would definitely recommend. They took pictures for us!! We had an amazing homemade lunch.
Be prepared for lots of walking up and down the hills. Wear good shoes.
