We were fortunate enough to have Marco as our tour guide. He picked us up, took care of setting up our kayaks, knew all the best places to stop and snorkel. Overall, he made it a beautiful experience for us. My friends and I highly recommend it. I would love to do it again the next time we're in Cabo.

For cruise ship passengers: As you walk from the tender pier through the pier security gate, turn right on the red sidewalk that borders the harbor. The Gali Plaza will be on your left, the water on your right. Walk approximately 20 yards to the Cruise Terminal building. The building will be on your left and has a sign saying API in blue letters. Enter the terminal building and walk to the far side where you will exit onto a parking lot. At the parking lot exit, you will see an Oxxo convenience store. Your guide will be waiting in front of the store. Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (Oxxo) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S. If you are driving yourself: The meeting point is at the Plaza Gali parking lot, which is located right in front of the Sandos Finisterra Hotel. We will meet you in front of the OXXO convenience store which is located at the exit of the parking lot. Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (OxxO) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S. If you choose our complimentary transport service: Our round trip transportation covers hotels in San Jose del Cabo, the corridor, and the Cabo San Lucas tourist area. Pick up is approximately one hour before the start of your tour. Upon booking, you can specify your exact hotel. Itinerary

Meet your driver at your Los Cabos hotel or cruise ship pier and begin your oceanic odyssey. Gaze at the iconic El Arco (The Arch), a rugged collection of jagged rocks that protrude dramatically from the calm ocean.

Sink your toes into the silken sands of the beach and listen to an informative safety talk from your guide. Once you’ve grasped basic paddling techniques, don your lifejacket and snorkeling gear and set sail in your glass-bottomed kayak.

Follow your guide as you maneuver Land’s End, the blissful bay where many of Los Cabos’ legendary landmarks are. Admire pelicans and diverse sea birds as they soar past, not forgetting to gaze through the transparent boat bottom at shimmering schools of exotic fish. Keep your eye out for the manta rays and sea turtles that also inhabit the waters and paddle past a colony of sea lions lying languidly upon the sun-drenched rocks.

Gain insight into local ecology and geology as you cruise past El Arco to the secluded Playa del Amor, a remote romantic beach accessible only by water. Enjoy dramatic vistas of sea-sculpted boulders as you sail past the landmark.

Arrive at Pelican’s Rock and dock your kayak in order to immerse yourself in the beautiful waters of the bay. Slip on your snorkeling gear and set off in search of lobsters, angelfish, puffers, and schools of stingrays.

Return to your kayak and paddle around the picturesque Playa del Amor to enjoy a light snack. Absorb the tranquil atmosphere before sliding back into your kayak for the return journey to where you started to board your minivan and venture back to your hotel or cruise ship port in comfort.

Please bring a beach towel, sandals, a hat, sunscreen and a camera.
We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.
Prices are the same for both children and adults.
Participants must be at least 6 years old. Max. weight on tandem kayaks is 195kg/425lbs.

We recommend the 9 am schedule as in the mornings there is less wind and fewer waves, so the conditions are usually more favorable.
Our activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.
The activity lasts 3 hours including round-trip transportation.
All transfers are complementary and optional, therefore the price doesn’t change if you don’t use the transfer option.
Pick-up times are assigned based on the location of your hotel or place of accommodation. Pick-ups start approximately one and a half hours before the scheduled activity time.
As we know, the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day. Sometimes we will have to change location, re-schedule, and cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options, and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind, and jellyfish.
Unfortunately we cannot control the wind. In the event that strong winds prevent us from getting to the Arch we will spend more time snorkeling to make sure the adventure continues. We will not issue partial refunds.
Your safety is our priority. When the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No show or last minute cancellation will be charged in full. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

From the beginning to the end of the experience, everything was perfect. Hugo picked us up on time and drove us to the beach point safely. Being first time kayakers, we were unsure what to expect. Hugo explained all the details in order to get kayaking. He is very patient, kind, and clearly loves what he does. While kayaking, he directed us to the right path and explained different rock formations, beaches and the Arch. We even saw a humpback whale!! Hugo was fun and sincere to give us the best experience and highly recommend.

Great experience in Cabo

Great experience for family and friends. Marco and Javier were super awesome! They helped my limited mobility mother into the kayak and out on to the beach and back, really stellar and accommodating. Wish we spent more time near the arch. You kayak like 30 min to the arch area but still a ways away from it, take a few pics and kayak to a beach. I get it though, the waves are intense and they don’t want you getting hurt so they keep a good distance from the arch area. Once you get to the beach they give you granola bars and whoever wants to snorkel Javier took us out. Super cool fish. Lots of jellyfish so I ended the snorkeling earlier. Some other people on the trip kept going and they got stung. Then you kayak back to shore and wrap up. All kayaks are doubles and they are “glass bottoms”. By that I mean there is some plexiglass but honestly you see more just looking into the water than in the little cut outs of the kayak. Overall for the price of the tour, it was very good and we all had a great time.

Perfect morning from start to finish. Marcus and Luis picked us up right when expected at Querencia… Everything was well executed and delightful. Arrived at our starting point and they had it all layed out perfectly and were extremely helpful and accommodating to me and my daughter. Felt safe and in good hands the entire time. Was lots of fun and they could not have been nicer. I am a bit older and chose not to snorkel but Luis took me out on his paddle board so'i could be w the others and see the fish. Could. It have died for a better day and we were back home by noon so we still had the whole day to enjoy thanks guys!

Short but sweet and a perfect outing if you don’t have the time to spend an entire day touring. Kayaking to the arch gives you a totally different perspective than being on a boat, and I have done both. I would recommend a ziplock bag or waterproof bag for your phone/camera

Loved the easy hotel pickup and drop off and our guides Marcos and Fernando were very friendly, helpful, and kind. The water was pretty rough at pelican beach so visibility wasn’t great for snorkeling. Also, the water boat traffic was unexpected (for us). Tons of small boats, so it wasn’t a very relaxing experience on the water with the boat traffic and rough waters. Our guides did a great job getting individual photos of everyone at the arch which was impressive considering the waves and other boats around. Kudos to them!

Hugo and Javier, our tour guides were wonderful. The best excursion I’ve ever been on. The guides each went with each of us and helped us paddle the mile to the arch which was amazing. Ask for Hugo and Javier, they will give you a wonderful experience. We didn’t snorkel but took a break at a little beach where they gave us a snack.

I did the tour solo in Dec. Mike and Michael are very knowledgeable and professional. Their setup is good safe and reliable. Pick up and drop was extremely convenient. Both of them are very knowledgeable about history , geography, oceanography. I had a lot of fun on this trip. I did not do snorkeling but the other folks who did it they loved it. It was easy and they saw a lot of ocean fish variety.

Fun kayak adventure

Javier and Marco were amazing! They took is out to the arch and we got so close to it, which was super cool because boats could not. They helped us take pictures then took us on a snorkel tour, and left us alone to explore for ~20-25 min. We got to swim with the sea otters and so many fish. This was the perfect active adventure for a few hours. Highly recommend! Be aware it's pretty wavy due to the boats so be prepared.

Wonderful kayak and snorkel experience

We had booked this experience on a day when conditions were slightly more extreme so we decided to reschedule and it was super simple to do so as team was accommodating. We went out a few days later with perfect conditions, sun and smooth waters. We suggest kayaking in the morning as there is less boat traffic. Our tour guides were great at instructing us where to go, taking pictures near the arch and giving us sufficient time to snorkel. We recommend!

Fun ocean tandem kayaking with views!

Beautiful rock formations with lots of wildlife: sea lion, pelicans, tropical fish all seen while paddling & snorkeling. Lots of other boats (it is Cabo); but the guides were great at finding a place for us. Everything will get wet without a dry bag.

Awesome Kayak and Snorkeling Tour

Our guides for this kayak/snorkeling trip were awesome? They picked us up at our hotel and took us straight to the beach. They helped us get our kayaks organized. We had 10 in our group. We just wanted to snorkle so one quide went with us and the other guide went with the other group to see the Arch and pelicans, and the two beaches. We had seen them by water taxi the previous day. I highly recommend this tour and the guides. Both were very knowledgeable about the ocean, the landscape and the wildlife we saw. They are everything they say they are in Viator. Thanks, Denise

The excursion itself was very fun and we’d highly recommend. But even more, the staff was amazing - they went above and beyond (thank you Pedro!!!). They were great guides, very attentive, gave great directions and information. And also, we left my husband’s wedding ring on the bus and they drove all the way back to our hotel (we stayed in town and didn’t take the ride back) to leave the ring with the concierge. We are so so grateful. Thank you again!!

Kayak to the arch was a good workout! Both Luís and Fernando were great guides and gave us all instructions clearly. The best part of it was the snorkeling, we all loved the experience. So many fishes, my god. Overall it’s a must do if you interested in the kayaking experience.

Our guide Sol was great. Took very good care of us. New to kayaking and snorkeling but he taught us quickly. Saw lots of tropical fish and sea lions and kayak to the arch and beautiful views. The kayaking is very physical so be prepared about an hour of constant rowing. Was definitely a good experience and don’t hesitate to book. Sol also picked us up at our air bnb and had snacks and waters during the excursion. He was very knowledgeable about the area and fun facts about the beaches

Excellent kayaking experience around the arches. Loved our guide Mono! He made all the difference and had everything within reach for us and made the experience so much fun. Great instructions without being too instructive! Nice that he told us in the beginning he would take photos for us too, which turned out wonderful. Happy we could stop at lovers and divorce beach while we were there AND were able to go snorkeling close to the arches also. the entire morning was a memory we will never forget.

We did the Kayaking the the arch in Cobo. It was an incredible experience. The snorkeling stop was amazing and we swam with a sealion. Maybe a once in a lifetime experience. Your guides picked us up at our resort and handled everything. Super friendly. They went by Marco Polo but unsure of thier names. Recommend to anyone.

We had an amazing time start to finish. Transportation was included in the cost of the trip and they were right on time. The bus was air conditioned. They offered water and snacks. Although the fiberglass bottom was too roughened to see well it did not matter at all since the visibility of the water allowed the same view. The paddle to the arches was strenuous but not taxing and the snorkel area though busy was not crowded. The guides were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and we will definitely book them again on our next trip back.

Best way to experience the arch, Lovers Beach and local waters if you’re the active couple!

From pickup to drop off at our hotel, Luis provided top notch service and hospitality! The tour started the minute we were in the van with facts and info about all of Cabo. He did all the heavy lifting, all we did was hop on and off the kayak- and paddle of course. Kayaked right up to the arch and he took our picture- no obstructed views full of other boats or tourists (we went in the morning before it got too busy). Went ashore Lovers beach and walked around and took pictures. Went ashore again near Pelican Rock and snorkeled for about 45min. Visibility was great! Saw tons of fish, sea lions and sea turtles swimming around us. Luis was passionate about the marine environment and provided a wealth of knowledge about everything we were seeing. Normally my wife and I would grab a kayak and venture out on our own to explore versus a tour on a time schedule- but with the amount of boat traffic between the arch and the marina and the currents around the peninsula and where we went ashore, having a guide was definitely the right call and made the whole adventure that much more enjoyable! Definitely recommend if you like being active vs sitting on a crowded tour boat with 40 other people.
