Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Your private driver-guide will meet you at the reception area and confirm your name before departure. Pickup is available from all major hotels and accommodations within Rovaniemi city center (including Santa Claus Village area). If you are staying outside the city (over 10 km radius), please contact us in advance — we’ll arrange a suitable meeting point or provide a pickup quote.
