Bad organisation of the tour, may be just because too many people and hard to handle. Whole night experience was very messy, 2 staffs handled about 40pax.
Photorgraphy experience was bad too. Not organise and quality just so so and blur. Not as what i expected. See some of the bad sample i upload.
One thing i must highlight is not bad, i think the centrelise "back office" about which locatio to go is good. Since we managed to see some aurora. The staffs on the bus did communicate with office constantly to find out where to go, to wait or not to wait.

- Photography is handled in a more organized and professional way.
- Communication between guides and guests has been strengthened.

The experience was good. The tour guides did take our photos, but even 2 weeks later - we haven’t received them. They said we would get it in 2-4 days. The skies weren’t so clear, so to the naked eye just looked like grey clouds moving. Only in pictures we could see the green sky.

The term “guaranteed” refers to our commitment to doing everything possible to find the best conditions each night, but the Northern Lights remain a natural phenomenon and can never be guaranteed by any operator. When the aurora or weather forecast is too poor, we cancel the tour to avoid taking guests out with no realistic chance of seeing anything.
Regarding rescheduling, we always offer an alternative date when availability allows. Unfortunately, during peak season many departures are fully booked, which means a reschedule is not always possible.
As for the refund, all payments made through third‑party platforms must be processed directly by them. If you have not received it yet, it is still being handled on their side, but it will be issued according to their policies.
We understand your disappointment and will review your case internally to ensure everything was handled correctly.

Amazing and well organized. Very friendly and professional as well. Manuel and Gabriel were incredible. The know the best places, very careful about safety and make you feel comfortable in the cold. Most of all they really cared about taking you great photos and that important in such a tour as your own camera isn’t the same. We crossed to Sweden about an hour and a half from Rovaniemi, big comfortable bus and at the end we were given also warm tea and blueberry muffins. Also VERY interactive with WhatsApp messages before the tour and that made me feel at ease. Their office Arctic GM is at the center of Rovaniemi and they gave us chocolates and tea before starting the trip. Can’t wait to go with them again. Also Glenda at the office was wonderful!

This experience is an EXCELLENT value for the money!!! We did several tours while in the area and this was by FAR the best!!!! Not only did they dedicate 8 hours with us, they took professional pictures !!!! The tour was not rushed and we felt they truly valued and cared that we had the best experience possible! Even when I was tired, grumpy and cold our guide insisted I get out of the van to see the lights and I am SOOOOO grateful that she did! It was one of the most breathtaking things I have ever seen!!!! 10000000% recommend !!!! As someone who has traveled many places and taken many tours, this company was one of the best I have ever used.

Very disappointing!!!! After 30 minutes drive we stopped and no way to move the guides were very closed during our requests to change site. We paid 130 euros per person it is a shame yes we saw a semblance of aurora borealis rather than a white line in the sky nothing visible to the naked eye we stayed 3h on the spot so 2h00 in the bus to wait and the rest of the time outside more when we had the chance of a mini activity ben only 1 photographer for a whole bus so no photo for us because the activity had passed while it was specified unlimited photo lol site to avoid misleading advertising!!!! The hunt for the Northern Lights never took place. Their circuit was already established and they only sell us dreams and it is a shame
