If your ship is dock on the Mahogany Bay Cruise port once, you walk off your ship walk up through the shopping area pass the water fountains up to the red top building on the right. It is the white taxis terminal it is a walking corridor at the end of the hall make a left on the pavement and walk up and over the hill through the big green gate. On the other side down the hill a representative will be there look for Roatan Anderson Tours sign. If your ship is dock on the Town Center Port of Roatan, down in Coxen Hole once you walk off your ship it is much easier for you to find us. Just walk straight out pass all the shops then make a right. You will see lot of tour kiosk continue through the terminal making a small left follow the to downtown sign straight out to the main street once exiting gate #1 look across the street for Roatan Anderson Tours sign a representative will be there waiting for you.

This was the best zipline experience ever!! First it started with Anthony, who drove us to and from everywhere. He was a great tour guide, pointing out sites along the way, and stopping so we could take pictures. He even got us water because it was so hot!! Our guides on the zipline, Pancho and Marvin, talked us through everything and helped us when needed. They even taught my daughter new tricks! She loved every minute of it. There were 16 stations and you didn't have to walk all the way up. Everyone was friendly and cordial. I am definitely coming back!!!

Exciting zip line experience. Got to fly through the forest. David, the tour guide, did a great job with making sure groups got back to the cruise ships in time.

After we walked out the port to meet them outside of Gate 1, they had red shirts on that said Anderson tours. One of them walked us to the zip line area which was not that far. We felt safe the entire time zip lining. The workers were all trained and made sure to care for everyone in our group. Afterwards, we had a tour of the animals in the same place. We saw monkeys, guinea pigs, a sloth, a macaw, and a few other animals. Then they set us up with a driver and vehicle that took our group to see the chocolate factory, we stopped at a shop and then he took us to the beach. We had a fun experience even though we zipped lined in the rain. We could’ve just walked off the ship to the zip line for $50, but the $15 extra to go to the beach was worth it. It was a nice calm beach to go to.

Very good, this was our 2nd time doing this activity. We were on a Carnival Cruise and were reluctant at first to book an excursion without going through Carnival but it went so good we came back again!

We had a great time in Roatan! Jenny with Anderson tours met us just outside the port. Took us to our first stop for ziplining. Got us to the front of the line to get checked in. The ziplining was awesome. Guides were fun and engaging. Next we went to see and pet the sloth and monkey and my kids held the monkey. You can no longer hold the sloth but you can pet it. Next we stopped at the chocolate factory for a tasting then off to the West Bay beaches. Had a fantastic lunch and got some time to swim in the clear blue water. On our way back we stopped at the rum factory for some samples of rum and rum cakes. Highly recommend Wandering Spirit and the island original cake. Stopped at the Roatan sign for some pictures and then back to the port. We were able to see and do so much on this tour. Our guide was fantastic (Jenny). If you can, request her on your next trip. She made sure we got to see just about everything Roatan has to offer. We truly enjoyed our excursion and time in Roatan.

The Tour operator - Anderson Tours - never bothered to answer any of my messages asking for where to meet to begin the tour. I found out after 15-20 minutes asking different operators on the Pier.
The Zip line experience was Good, as well as the West Beach.
The sloth/monkey experience was a joke , 5-6 cages with one animal in each.
The staff @ the Zip line was very good, as well as Alan, the driver.
This could be a really good option if the Tour Operator good pay a little more attention their business.

Hi hope all is well I read what you had to say and I did answer you and give you directions even dough you had it from the time you made booking and payment you received meeting instructions you email me I send it again to you if you didn't read wasn't my fault I waited for you personally at the meeting point took you and check you in to the zip line personally before handing you over to Allan my brother witch was your Driver for you and your family I don't see where I didn't tend to you the proper way you had deserve I check you and presented you to guides and Driver but am glad you still enjoy some the activities

Lots of fun. Kids loved the zip lines. Got to hold a sloth and go into monkey cages, though it was a bit rundown. Beach was nice. Overall a good experience.

Ziplining was fun and 16 ziplines made the adventure last for a good ~30 minutes. We were able to touch/hold a macaw, sloth and capuchin monkeys and see other wildlife. Then we also visited chocolate and rum factory. Didn't even know this was included- not that impressive, but a nice free add on for souvenirs/seeing more of the island. There was 6 of us and we had our own van and basically a personal tour guide for the day who took us to the beach after the tours and we could return when we wanted. Only negative was the beach had overpriced food and lots of people harrassing you trying to sell stuff, but I think you will get that everywhere in Roatan. Highly recommend Anderson tours- great experience.

Well run, prompt meeting and made you feel comfortable with the experience. Very informative along the way. i don't remember all the assistants along the way but Ron was our host throughout the day. Very knowledgable and super friendly.

We were told to exit the port at exit 3. We never saw any numbers on any of the exits. Then once out of the secure port area all passengers were accosted by numerous men trying to sell some kind of service. We asked “where is Anderson tours.”, and they all yelled to the next guys, “Anderson?”.
Finally one man said he was Anderson, and walked us to a close by zip line area. But no indication that it was Anderson, no sign, nothing. But the zipping at that location was fantastic. They let us hang upside down, or do flips off the platform, whatever we wanted to do.
But it was definitely a mess finding where we were supposed to be. Anderson should have someone outside the gate to direct us.

Initially it was great! We loaded up in the bus/van, our driver was given the go ahead to leave and we drove off. We were about 10-15 min out and he got a call that we needed to go back to pick up 2 more families. We drive back to pick them up and then head out again to the zip line. We got to the location and were informed that they were so over booked from people walking in and booking that they weren’t sure if we could go that day. Our driver said he called the owner and was informed we needed to go do the other activities and then head back to the zip line in hopes they could take us. There was no set schedule and it was very disorganized. After rushing through the chocolate factory (which was more like a store) and skipping the rum portion we headed to a beach. We spent 30min at the beach attempted to order lunch which never came and they expected us to pay. We then loaded back up to go back to the zip line. We got there and our driver was able to get us on right away. The way the advertisement was that we would see sloths and monkeys was not true. After zip lining you then go to a different area to see caged monkeys and see a sloth. The entire experience was very rushed, not as advertised and disorganized. After our experience I text the owner named Anderson and expressed our disappointment and he never responded back. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I hope all is well am well aware of the situation everything was organized and fix the first part the driver mis understood we was waiting for another family and left that's a mis communication on our side I can except that am grown to except when we make a mistake our company do our best to make sure all our Guest get what they pay for u can read our reviews they say other vise the zip line got crowded witch we couldn't control that's why I move the bus to the next activity and when the zip line wasn't crowded and you get to zip line and the who wanted to hold the sloths did and who didn't well its was their choice not to and no one text or call me about any complaint cause I always answer I take that very seriously my face is my company

Very disorganized. Had to wait hours to do zipline amd was told they overbooked even though we booked months ago.
Did not go to the beach. Zipline ws good after we finally got to do it

We had an amazing time on this excursion. Tracy was our guide. He took us around to show us the area. The zip lines were hassle free. Once we got in our harnesses we were driven to the first platform. The 2 guys who were assigned to us gave us all of the instructions. They were so patient with us. Showed us how to do different tricks. My 63 year old mother was a first-timer and they made her feel comfortable. She really enjoyed herself. It was a 16 line course with 24 platforms and 3 suspension bridges. The sloths and monkeys were fun to see. It started raining so we only saw the first half because we didn’t want to stay in the rain. Got to take pictures with them. The sloth, Charlie was my favorite lol. Went to a rum cake factory and a chocolate factory. Enjoyed them both. Did not make it to the beach because of the rain and the water was really choppy, other than that we had a perfect day in Roatan.

The whole zip and dip adventure was great. Marvin and Benny were the best. They both worked together and very good at what they do. My granddaughter dropped her phone close to the platform and Marvin was able to recover it. Edgar the driver was very attentive and showed us around before taking us to the beach. We felt like we were on a private tour because we were the only ones in car. Everything was great. Edgar could be a little more neater,

Had a great time on this tour in Roatán, Honduras. There were 8 zip lines. The guys who worked there were great. Loved being with the sloths and monkeys. Went to the beach. There were seats but not enough umbrellas for shade. Good food at restaurant.

Very impressed with our experience. Lenard did a great job bringing us to various destinations and providing direction along the way. He told us a lot about the island as well and shared his own history. We felt safe and well looked after for the day. While the zip line and animal experience was within walking distance from the port it was nice having someone navigate for us. Zip line was great and guides at animal experience were also excellent and made it special (holding slothes and birds was awesome). We got to stop at Roatan sign and spend time at a nice beach as well-all thanks to Lenard. Definitely recommend Roatan Anderson tours.

We booked the morning of due to having 4 port days in a row & weren't sure if we wanted to get off the ship that day. We were excited they had availability. In the app and email confirming booking, we were told to contact Roatan Anderson Tours for meeting location. We never got a response. I reached out to Viator for help. I called first and was told to reach out to Roatan Anderson Tours again… then I chatted via WhatsApp and they couldn’t get me in touch with the company either. When we got off the ship, locals led us to Roatan Anderson Tours meeting spot. There was no one there. Then a man in street clothes offered to call the guide… 10 minutes later, a man in a white tshirt shows up saying he is with the company. He had no identification. I told Viator via WhatsApp chat I didn’t feel safe & they offered to request a refund. I took that as we would receive a refund. 24 hours later, Viator is being as helpful as they can be, but Roatan Anderson Tour company is not responding to them about the refund request because they are “too busy” however they did tell Viator they waited for us… Although i still have no idea where the meeting location was. I also do not know if I will get $400 back without filing a claim with my credit card company. I do not recommend booking anything with this company the day of. I would book at least a week out to work out details ahead of time. I also cannot recommend Viator because they cannot provide a refund, they can only request it.

Beach was good. Busy, but good. Many vendors attempting to sell - be prepared. Monkey and sloth zoo was too busy. Zip line was fun and great for beginners!

This was a great experience! The zip line guys took awesome care of all of us and we had a blast. They were so fun and encouraged us to trust our equipment and have fun too, even though we were slightly nervous.
The snorkel trip guide took us to a beautiful reef to see lots of fish.

Zip Lining! The wait time to get zipping was ASAP! The zip lining was also very time enjoyable! It was not rushed or short. You will get to see a lot of great jungle scenery.

Compared to other zip line excursions, this one was in our opinion better. Group size was small and they allowed you to try tricks if you would like. The beach was nice but be prepared to have someone come up to you every 2 minutes to buy items. Overall great experience!

This tour operator was terrible. We were given NO information on where to go to meet the tour and figured we had to leave the cruise terminal to find them. Once we found them, we waited 45 minutes in the blazing sun for someone to pick us up, just to be informed we could walk 10 mins down the road to the zip line, which we did (along a very busy road). The zip line guys were actually very good, efficient, and understanding of my daughters being scared to zip line (who had fun by the end of it!). There was a bit of line to pet/hold the monkeys and sloths but that was really enjoyed by all. However, after seeing the animals, we waited another HOUR for the driver to show up and when he did, he crammed 8 of us into 7 seats, where he first took us to the tour owner’s auto shop saying that one of us didn’t pay. After 10 mins of confusion, we were dropped off at a beach club at West Bay beach where the beach was mediocre, the chairs were bad, and there was very little shade. Not to mention they took jet skis out right where people were swimming! So dangerous, especially for little kiddos. Again, the zip line operator and animals were great, but this review is based on the people you trust to get you from place to place safely and timely. Anderson tours was highly disorganized, inefficient, and made our tour a lot less fun. I would not recommend using them.

First and foremost our tour guide Daniel Dixon was probably one of the best guides we’ve had the pleasure of meeting… He was punctual and very courteous.. When we come back to the island we will seek to deal with him above all else.. Next the excursion was as described.. The staff took very good care of us at the petting zoo and made sure we stayed safe on our zip-lining tour.. The chocolate and rum tour was very informative as well as tasty!! Two thumbs up!!

We had a great time on this tour! It had a variety of experiences and lasted most of the day. The ziplining was great and our tour guides were experienced and fun. Ziplining through the jungle was an experience we will remember, and even the younger kids loved it! The animal encounter was a cool experience, and we all enjoyed ending at the beach for some fun in the water. Throughout it all, our tour guide/driver, Murphy, was reliable and helpful. Everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this tour!

We would highly recommend this zip line adventure. The guides were fun, friendly and helpful since several of us had never zip lined before. Being able to hold sloths and monkeys was also a highlight. We loved our experience.

We had a great time and experience in Roatan, Honduras on 6/23/23. Our driver Foster was very professional and friendly. He dropped me and my 21 year old son at the Zipline site and waited while we completed the zip line course. We also viewed the monkeys parrot and the sloth. All the employees at the Zipline site were very knowledgeable and professional. Foster took us to the beach where we ate lunch and walked on the beach. Foster took us back to the port at the assign time and I would recommend this excursion to anyone.

Preston, Luis, Marcos and Quinn were the best team ever. We were so happy to have them with us. They made us feel safe while having a great time! That zip line team was so funny and entertaining! We loved our experience.
