Overview

Don’t book. Confilicts with cruise ships. Tried twice and the lines were ridiculous. Tour guides fighting with tourists to get their people on the bus up mountain. Our driver was nice but couldn’t do anything as the company had oversold. A half day tour and we walked away from the $300 as it was a very unprofessionally run organization. (Zip line). Mass tourism has come to Roatan via cruises and the money grab is apparent. I e booked many tours through viator and this was the first time they couldn’t fulfill their obligation.

Ziplining was awesome. Definitely recommend that part. Animal sanctuary was pretty cool as well. Our tour guide disappeared after walking us to the zipline/animal sanctuary. I'm assuming he meant to come back after a set time, and maybe we finished up early? We began walking back to the ship (a quick 5 minute walk) and he found us mid-walk. At that point we chose to end the excursion instead of going to the beach out of fear he would disappear again. The zipline experience was enough to make me book with them again, but only for the zipline.
