We are lucky enough to have been on many Viator Tours in several different countries. However, this was a truly memorable tour led by a passionate and hugely knowledgeable guide with a lovely personality. She clearly loves her work and is more than happy to share her considerable expertise in a down-to-earth and unpretentious fashion. Nina was bang on time for the tour while we went to the incorrect Metro Station nearby! Needless to say, she found us quickly. The afternoon passed far too soon, yet we saw more Street Art than we could possibly have hoped for during that time. And my wife was actually recognising several of the artists by the end. Nina had one surprise attraction for us but that will remain a tour secret! I would simply encourage other travellers to take this tour and find out for themselves. Highly recommended.

Nina has a lovely personality, is passionate about street art, shared a lot of information about Rio, neighborhoods, murals, artists, etc. She was great at checking in with us to see if we needed to rest or get water. I have already recommended her, you’d have a great experience!

Nina provides an excellent tour. She is incredibly knowledgeable about current Brazilian artists and works to help you identify the artists whose works you are seeing. She took a slight detour to introduce me to the works of Rafamon whose murals I encountered later on the trip.

Nina is an excellent guide l, very knowledgeable about the tour she is doing, good sense of humor and keeps you engaged l. However, now we realize that this tour is extremely overpriced. We did another street art tour today where the guide was with us for 3 hours and he was willing to take us to Favela for 2 more hours, so we would have paid $120 for 5 to 6 hour tour. At Iguazu Falls, we paid $237 when the guide was with us from 7 am to 6 pm driving us around, using her fuel big time, helping us cross the border and really at our service, so money paid was totally worth. We paid $180 for 2 hour Ipanema beach street art tour when we saw some art and the beach which was nothing compared to what we saw today. I would not pay more than $30-$35 per person ($60- $70 or so for two people) for this tour. It was NOT worth $180 when there is no fuel being used. After being with another private guide yesterday for 8 hours -$270 (who drive us around the whole city), minutes feel like we were robbed on this tour. Does Viator consider partial refund? I will think twice next time.
