Loved this museum! The tour guide was wonderful, taking us to see other things but the star here was the museum- would love to go back because there are so many things to experience - and we were in there for 2 hours!

A fun way to become cognizant of our future

This museum is different from the usual. There were lots of interactive activities and it really causes you to think about the planet’s future and mankind. Our guide (Marcos) was great guiding us through the exhibits and was very accommodating to my mobility issues.

A very worthwhile experience

The Museum of Tomorrow is rather unique. It makes extensive use of current technology to portray the risks (oceanic, political, environmental) likely to present themselves in the future. In many cases, these are quantified and compared to current day values. Very cleverly done, with designs meant to assist with crowd control. Worth the time taken to view (allow about 1.5 hours or more). The exterior part of the exhibit is also walkable/viewable; includes a view of the harbour and the cruise ship terminal next door.

This is an excellent museum to visit. Our guide picked us up and took us to see the museum from a distance as it is an architectural marvel. Then we went to the museum and walked around the entire t experience. He took pictures of us and explained much of the Amazon history that was written in Portuguese. The visit was very special, insightful, and not to be missed.

They were late picking us up which...

They were late picking us up which cut our time short at the museum and the guide couldn't speak English very well. He was basically there to baby sit us. I would not trael with Rio Carioca tours again.
