Sugarloaf and Laughs

Also took us throughout Rio explaining all of the ins and outs of this beautiful city. Sugarloaf was, for us, a wonderful highlight but talking with our co-travelers was too. Will plan on using Viator in the future.

If you are looking at an insightful trip then forget it!

Very little insight was provided by the tour guide. the information he provided was not insightful or of value. Furthermore, other tourists who went through the hotel received a better rate than booking it via Trip Advisor.

Highlights of Rio Was great, almost perfect.

Roma was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable, polite and caring. The selection of sites to visit were perfect. The driver was careful and efficient. Only one item was less than perfect: the lunch was only fair. The food was fair, but not great.

On time pick-up good. Guide provided information on van in three languages, but he spoke so fast too close to his microphone that it was difficult to understand even our own language. When group was combined with a half-day trip the bus was too crowded and the new people talked so loud we could not hear the guide. When time to return to hotels we got involved with taking the half-day people to Sugar Loaf and then a great deal of traffic while returning the first groups to their hotels. The driver seemed to get lost circling the hotel district over and over. Next thing we knew we were back at Sugar Loaf picking up the people we had dropped off. Finally we, the last group to be picked up in the morning, got to our hotel. It was over two hours after the tour had ended. This was very poor planning. The tour was fine and the sites visited were good, but I would be hesitant to ever use the company again. Adding the half-day tour to the full-day tour truly compromised the entire program.

The guide was good but he had to tell the history in 3 languages so it was rushed. And then we picked up some people later in the tour which felt like it was just to make more money; van was crowded and everything took longer. But the real fun was when we were stuck in the van for TWO & A HALF hours because of all the folks getting dropped off and going back to pick up the later people from Sugar Loaf. TORTURE - we were tired, hungry and some of us really had to use a bathroom.

Sir, you must review the company you made the tour, this is not us! We work with separated groups of 2 languages.We didnt find your name and email on our records your name on the bookings.Besides, we have a scheadule that fits every attraction to make the most of the time in it.There is no way to spend more than 2 hours inside the van waiting in vain, totally insane this coments. This is a misunderstand.

Jonathan did a great job as guide. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and he continually called his office to get updates and adjusted the schedule to try to get us to Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf when there would be the best visibility. It was a good first day to get an overview of Rio

Tour guide Vincentia was amazing, very knowledgeable and really loves Rio, pickup was on time, nice small group. As a first timer to Rio we found our driver Marcio was amazing getting around the streets. Had plenty of time at all our stops. Our lunch stop was good, tried things I never tried before.

Tour was amazing and included sugarloaf mountain Christ redeemer and city tour with lunch . Rio is beautiful city whichever way u want to see it. Mountains have beautiful view around Overall recommend this tour with one issue about the guide/driver to have one stops on beach for at least 30-45 mins

Aufgrund des Karnevals konnte die Tour nur eingeschränkt stattfinden: nur Sugerloaf und Christ the Redeemer sowie Lunch. Ich hätte es vorgezogen mehr zu sehen und dafür den Lunch weggelassen. Dani hat sich großartig um uns gekümmert und für gute Laune gesorgt. Passend zum Karneval hat sie uns nur wer wollte natürlich geschminkt. Nur für Dani gibt es 4 von 5 Sternen.
