Buzios a quaint village by the sea which Brazilians call their french riviera

We really enjoyed the day Buzios is a quaint village by the sea, which rightly so it is called the french riviera of Brazil. We had a good lunch and a couple of dips in the sea. The boat was a very old galeon but served the best pina collada I ever had. It was a bit overcrowded but considering the short time on the boat it served its purpose. If you only have a day and u want to see buzios like we did I strongly recommend it. It was worth the long ride from Copacabana.

Extremely disappointing experience and false advertisement.

I am compelled to leave a negative review for this tour from Rio de Janeiro to Búzios. The experience was far from what was promised, and the service provided was utterly unacceptable. First, I specifically booked this tour under the assurance that it would be conducted in English, as I do not speak Spanish or Portuguese. However, upon arrival, I was placed on a bus where the tour was conducted entirely in Spanish. Unable to understand anything, I expressed my concerns to the tour guide, Catalina, and requested a refund since I could not participate as expected. Unfortunately, she was unable to communicate in English, and no solution was provided. After 30 minutes, Catalina assured me I would be transferred to another bus where English was spoken. To my dismay, the new bus conducted the tour in Portuguese, leaving me equally unable to follow along. Not only was the service I paid for completely different from what was delivered, but I was also blatantly lied to. This tour was an utter disappointment. It is unacceptable to mislead customers and fail to deliver on agreed upon services. For the price charged, I expected professionalism, honesty, and the experience I was promised. I strongly advise against booking this tour if you value transparency and quality service.

Amazing experience! You need a few hours to explore Buzios's beauty!

Loved all parts of this experience. The tour guide gave us ample time to experience each stop and was engaging, taking photos of our group and making sure we were good. Loved the boat ride the most. My family swam at each stop, and the underwater pictures were great.

Broken bus without air conditioning tour was more long than expected before off bad bus

We waited at the lobby at 07.00 that pick us at 08.30 than we had to pick more people at the copacabana and the downtown we left 10.30 Rio the air conditioning didn’t work and the door of the bus had problems to open, we hav n Been promised lunch and we got tack at 17.00 we had to wait for the restaurant above 30 minutes in the warm weather, we didn’t have time to go around the city as we should go to the bus , the was supposed to end. At 21.30 we were at home 23.00, we are here for and 10 days we hope that you can refund some of the cost and Ofer us a free tour to Ilya de grande, we have been using this visitor I Cape Town without problems

Great trip! Worth it! Lots of traveling. 9 and a half hours by bus, guide could've given us some information/history of the area. Boat ride very entertaining! Loved it! Love Buzios!!!

This excursion was a fun activity, but the travel time of 2.5 hours to and from Buzios takes away a good portion of your day. While on the boat you will stop at 3 different locations for a quick swim, but the boat doesn't stop at a beach or have anywher to lay out like a catamaran, so don't expect to relax and get a tan on this outing. There are food and drinks on the boat available for purchase, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. In Buzios you have some time to eat and shop for souvenirs. Our tour guide provided us lunch at a buffet in town, but I'm not sure if this was included in the tour. Overall, the group I went with made for a good time, but a similar trip like this in Rio may be a better choice if you don't want to spend 5 hours of your day getting there and back.

Me perdí en el tour y no pude contactarme con mi operador hasta 30 minutos después( a pesar de haber informado a los 5 minutos después que perdiera a mi grupo). Tuve que pagar un taxi por 150 reales para alcanzar al grupo y perdí parte del tour.

Beaucoup de route 3 heures aller et 3 heures retour pour un tour en mer de 2 h 30. Sur un bateau avec de la musique à tue tête. Dommage car Buzios est un très bel ebdroit

Fue más tiempo viajando que la excursión en si. Mucho retraso invertido en esperar pasajeros (1 hora y media buscando gente). Los guías de la goleta no hablaban español solo portugués.

La distancia es larga, pero también está descrita en la información en el momento de tu compra. El guía es bilingüe, el personal del barco no está obligado a hablar otros idiomas, el guía está para ayudarte. Le recomendamos que la próxima vez haga esta excursión en privado, así podrá disfrutar más de la experiencia :)
