The information is received through ear buds and is canned, not a live person with a personality . Not lively, not interesting. Definitely would not do again.

The bus driver should absolutely tell people how to use their earphones - in other words what place to insert them in the bus?? They had 2 places to insert the earphones & we inserted them into one of the places that took them & we didn’t hear a thing for half the trip - very maddening!! They should have made that very clear from the beginning.

I wouldn’t recommend this trip. We booked it as many other Viator experiences have been good. The bus arrived late, then the 90 minute bus tour lasted well over 2 hours because of the traffic. We’ve done these trips in London and Rome and this wasn’t a good example of what we expected. There were very few facts really for the length of the trip and one of my kids fell asleep. There was a group of 4 people sat behind us who actually ended up getting off. Save your money.

We had a 3.30 pm tour. The initial experience was as though we paid for a Toronto rush hour tour. Horns Honking Stop and Go horrible. The last half of the tour made up for the horrible beginning. Relaxing Informative. Suggest the morning booking (eliminates the rush hour horrible experience)would be our recommendation to others.

It was a really hot day in Québec City, over 32 celcius! So, this activity gave us the opportunity to get a cool down on the open second floor of the bus ! The architectural view of the city by the tour bus is awesome ! You’ll see some views you cannot see when you walk down the street! I higly recommande the bus tour if you have childrens and don’t forget to grab your headphone !

Guide switches between French & English which sometimes made it hard to hear/understand.
If you might want to visit any of the sites the hop on hop off tour would be better.

It was a wonderful way to learn the history and see a variety of sights within Old Quebec.

Don’t sit on the right side of the upper deck the tree branches might hit you. Pick a day when a music festival is going on. Otherwise enjoy the view the broken English and French.
