Viator set up transportation through Best Punta Cana Tours and the driver spoke English very well and was a very safe driver. It can be a little nerve wrecking traveling alone but I felt safe through this service provider

Wonderful driving

Our driver was prompt and courteous. He didn’t drive erratic and made sure we were comfortable the whole ride. He got us to the airport in a timely manner and helped with bags. Definitely will book again when coming to punta cana.

They cancelled the service. Poor comunicación. They request to correspond via what’s app and fail to respond back to any messages on there. I received a text stating my transportation was cancelled with Viator and to go directly to their website and book for transportation needs. Awaiting my refund

Hello Eliana , it is not our fault , you book your transportation with a product that does not take you to hotel that you were staying at , you book an airport transfer from Punta Cana airport to Santo Domingo which is 3 hours away , and expected to pay the same amount of money for local punta cana hotel , 20-30 minutes away from the airport. this is an issue that we have been dealing with for ever , I explained to you while we were on the phone , that basically you may write a hotel in China and the Viator system will take it .
