When I booked the excursion it said 2 o’clock so I was in the lobby by 145. I waited there until 230 and no one came so I booked another excursion with my hotel to do buggies. No one contacted me until 3:15saying that they would come and pick me up now. And I told them that I no longer wanted to do the excursion and I wanted to refund because they are over an hour late. Unprofessional.
