Rundown yard and equipment

Very poor facilities at buggy yard, no dedicated bag store just left in office on floor if you ask. Only one non flushing toilet and shower in open yard with rubbish everywhere. Now to buggies! Very poorly maintained and seat belts not easy to get into, had 3 buggies break down and two had wheel struts snap. One of our party had there buggy throttle stick at full throttle and crashed into other stopped buggy at Sanotte and ripped wheel of there buggy. Best to avoid this tour and pay a little bit more for a better experience.

Getting SPECIFIC pick up location. We were told pick up at main entrance, which we believed to be Lobby entrance at hote

We did not leave on time so our experience time at the designated stops were cut short. We did have a bigger group. Our stop at the Macao beach was only about 20 mins instead of the hour that was on the itinerary. It was a lot of fun just wish we could have stayed longer at the beach. It was beautiful!

Wrong description, mostly shopping

The description of this comes off nice. A natural cenote with beautiful nature. That is not the case at all. It is a tourist trap with loud music with vendors trying to sell you stuff. The Dominican house is a rip off, extremely expensive. Half the trip I’d wasted shopping. Finally at the end you get to drive the atv’s on the back roads. You only get 20 mins at the beach, not an hour because most of the trip is wasted at shops.
