This tour was very well organized. I noticed that each Team member had a task and they executed well. From the boat pulled off the party started ! Music was up and drinks were pouring! Wow ! 1000% recommend. The tour was amazing! The boat ride was amazing! The crew was amazing. I would go again and again.

First of all, we were not informed by the tour provider that they could not access our resort. They did email me informing me that they would be about 10-15 minutes early, I had no problem with that at all. We were in the lobby of our VERY LARGE RESORT @740am. Many tour vehicles come and go, I'm waiting and waiting, 810am passes and still waiting, I email the provider and they aren't available until 9am ! I get a message from the driver saying "We're here". I said no you're not 🤦🏼‍♀️ This is now 830am and I asked if they were at the right lobby. (Bahia Principe has 5-7 lobbies) He then tells me to come to the front gates as the DON'T have access to the compound 😡 even if we had to walk from our lobby, it would have taken another 20 minutes. I asked the bell boy bring us and got there quickly enough. I was RUDELY great by another person telling me that I "should have read the email they sent out last night about being picked up earlier" Ummm Karen, I was NOT INFORMED they didn't have access to our resort, I was NOT INFORMED we had to meet at the MAIN GATE !!! POOR communication and the buggies were garbage, the helmets we were given to wear were filthy and disgusting 🫣 Seat belts were broken and had to tie you in. AVOID this provider if you can. Cenote was way too small, people/kids begging for money, too many pushing to buy the souvenirs. Macao beach was nice, but had to get out of the buggies and walk quite a bit of ways, once there we were greeted again, more people badgering you to buy what they had. As the old saying goes....ya get what ya paid for it 🤦🏼‍♀️😔

Para recogernos en el hotel, la espera fue más de una hora. Tuvieron que utilizar un Uber porque la persona encargada, nunca llegò. El conductor del Uber, estuvo discutiendo con el operador, durante el trayecto por asuntos del pago y uno escuchando avergonzado. El guia, excelente! Muy respetuoso, amable y atento pero los vehículos 4x4, estaban en muy malas condiciones y en medio del recorrido se apagaban. Nos quedamos varias veces y hubo que sustituir. El camión que nos regresó al hotel, también tenía desperfectos mecánicos. No quería prender. Lo prendieron empujándolo y luego fue necesario el detenerse en una gasolinera para que le echarán agua y evitar el sobrecalenmiento. Toda una aventura! 🤷🏻‍♀️
