We were picked up late from hotel got area Go kart ran out of on tour several times kept stopping at different area try to force you to buy stuff was really turned off About the experience after that took longer the ride smh

When I set the reservation I reached out to the operator to ensure the pickup time in order to give time to eat in the morning. The set time was 830 AM and I received a call the next day at 7:50 that pick-up time is at 8 AM now. My family couldn’t eat and we had to rush to the front of the resort! When we arrived at the boogie location I was told that "I had to buy glasses and a bandana" so I brought them. Come to find out that we didn't have to buy them as their were other people with regular sunglasses. The ride was supposed to start at 9AM and didn't start till 940AM! So, we were rushed for nothing. We made a few stops along the way, and we were rushed at every single stop! The beach was horrible! When we arrived, we were told 45 min and 20 min later we are rushed out! Next stop was the cenote which we were very excited for but when we arrived it was a mess of people in a small area. If I wasn’t with my son no problem but with kids I wouldn't recommend it at all! After that we were taken back to the meet location where I was met with an extremely rude lady claiming that we owe money because I used a boogie with 3 people which was indicated on the reservation but the boogie needed 4 people. The reason for the additional charge is due to the gas I used! Of course, I denied paying anything more as I paid all on the site. The people kept pushing for it and I explained that it wasn't going to happen. The lady then stated that they won’t die for the extra money which was extremely rude. I won’t recommend this company to anyone!! Avoid them as they have poor communication, want to take extract more money from you, not honest, little regard for anyone's time, and Rude! The only part of the trip that was good was the tour guide! He was very pleasant to be with.
