I booked this excursion on line. The pick up time was changed 3 times. The driver never arrived. We called the office and was told twice the driver was coming back to pick us up. After waiting for 2 hours, the office finally called us to cancel the excursion. Then the office only refunded the cost of 1 person instead of 2. It took 2 days to have the 2nd ticket refunded! I will NEVER use this company again

Booked the buggy rides with viator. Our ride was late and couldn't get into the gates when be actually made it. When it was over, the owner had to get somebody to get us back to the resort bc javier never showed back up. I was livid!!!!!!!

This was the worst excursion I have ever done. After being picked up in a packed, sketchy van we had gotten to the place to start our excursion but ended up having to wait 2 hours past the time we were supposed to be there. There was no direction on what the plan was. Finally after getting on the buggy, the gas pedal would get stuck and they were started by rubbing 2 wires together. It was also uncomfortable. 15 minutes in our buggy stopped and we had to wait for someone to come help us get unstuck. We were only given about 15 minutes at each spot. When we were headed back our buggy broke completely and we had to get a ride with someone else. It’s not worth the money, it’s a waste. If I could give 0 stars I would.
