We had a great time!!! Best experience ever. Our tour guide "Sherre" was the best & very patient!!! Definitely going back!!! The pictures were beautiful & sold themseleves. The communication through wasapp was excellent. The pickup & drop off were on time. We traveled from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana & back to Santo Domingo & then back home to Miami Florida. I didn't like the kids running up to us begging for money as we rode through the path. The people in the village can be a bit pushy to make a purchase. But overall a very awesome experience!!!

Disappointing Frustrating Experience

I was communicating with the operator about where to redeem the voucher, since even on the Viator app the tickets kept not being available. There was no pickup available at our resort, so we hired a taxi to transport at our meetup location. The maps only showed an intersection in the middle of two streets. The taxi asked what are we looking for? A hotel, a store, a restaurant, since there was no exact address. The taxi said the address is only an area in the city we were taken to. I asked the operator if he had a phone. He answered only yes not the #. Then when communicating with Viator chat he finally gave his phone #. We were already 40 minutes late then the taxi driver spoke with the operator and the location was 20 more minutes away. By then I said I want to go back to my resort. Such a disaster. I am very disappointed.

Not worth the money

Punctual pickup, but poor service. Our tour was scheduled for 2 PM, yet we faced a delay of almost an hour. There was a bar at the starting point with overpriced drinks. Due to the late start, we had to rush our visit at Macao Beach. The guide provided no information about the surroundings, making it a disappointing experience overall. We also missed our evening reservation due to being over an hour late.

Gabriel was great tour guide booking experience was fast and easy… I am currently 6months pregnant and he accommodated me and my family!

Wir haben die Tour auf deutsch gebucht, in der Buchungsbestätigung stand auch deutsch, vor Ort konnte keiner deutsch. Die Tour war leider auch eine ziemliche Verkaufsfalle, man ist von einer Verkaufsstelle zur nächsten und alles musste schnell schnell gehen. Die Zeitangabe der Tour wurden null eingehalten, nicht mal am Strand zum Schluss.. man durfte einmal ins Wasser und dann wurde man direkt wieder raus gerufen. Aufenthalt dort waren ca 15 min… schade aber leider überhaupt nicht weiterzuempfehlen!
