One of the worst organized group. Absolutely careless staff. Non-responsive to critical issues. The buggy they gave me had a serious mechanical issue as the alignment for the backweek was completely off. Passenger side Backwheel was sticking out about about 16 inches compered to the front wheel. left side wheels were aligned. As a result, the buggy would drive slanted. The tire was also busted. The staff didn't care and 'laughed' it off as it was normal. Nothing was done to take care of this issue. In the middle, the back wheel slid off to a tree and hit it really hard and my son hit his face to the from metal bar and chipped his tooth and cause major bruising. Worst experience ever. I will not recommend this trip to my worst enemy. it was an absolute chaos. No one knew what was going on. Many people were complaining. I would be suing this company if it were not a foreign country. It is horrible for Viator to sell this tour to us. They need to do a better job in quality control.

Organizer never reached out to me. When I tried to contact them, no response. I reached out to Viator the day of my excursion, and the representative informed me that my reservation was "declined." I received a confirmation when I paid for my excursion, and received no such communication afterwards that my booking had been declined. It seems these organizers are not operating anymore. Do not book.
