It was an incredible experience, they really give you love, the staff makes you feel like you are part of them! There wasn't a single moment where they weren't attentive, Gabriel is great, he makes sure that everything is going well and that all the participants enjoy it to the fullest, guys I seriously recommend this activity, if you come to Punta Cana and want a pleasant afternoon combined with the vibe of hip hop this is definitely your tour, ohh I almost forgot, DJ Felix added the flavor so that we never felt discouraged, thanks for everything guys and I hope to come back soon.

You have to walk a lil bit in the beach... So if your mobility impaired, it may be a tad bit different

Everybody was really nice. I love the mixture of music only thing that I didn’t like was they made it seem like food was included, but only food is included is some chips and dip and some little fruit the real meals is not included for overall. The experience was nice. The people was nice. The music was good.

I would not recommend this party boat experience to anyone. We booked in advance and were told transportation would be provided, but no one ever showed up to pick us up. We waited and tried to contact the company multiple times with no clear answers or help. Not only did we miss the entire experience, but the company also only offered a partial refund, which felt unfair given that we received none of the service we paid for. It was frustrating, poorly managed, and a huge waste of time and money. Avoid this booking if you want a reliable and stress-free experience.

A cordial greeting to you Miss Jada Mckoy, unfortunately the company is not responsible for you losing your transportation, we have the screenshots where you were contacted from the time of your reservation and on the day of the activity you were sent your pickup time, that same day, in the same place and at the same time, 5 participants were picked up and you were not there, we provided you with new transportation 10 minutes later and you rejected it, it is unfair that we reserved your spaces and sent your transportation and you lost the transportation because you did not show up and you want a full refund, LYING TO DAMAGE THE IMAGE OF OTHERS IS NOT GOOD, tell things as they are or I invite you to delete your review and retain your dignity, Thank you 🙌🏽

Boat was small. Only served rum there was no other alcohol. The cheap rum at that. They played the same songs over and over. The photographer was mad because we did not want to buy pictures

However, in this case, we think you should have read the specifications; the photos of the boat are published on the product, and we provided you with the same boat as in the photos. Regarding our drinks: it is also specified in the product what we serve. We serve Presidente beer (100% Dominican and one of the best in the world) and we serve Barcelo rum (another award-winning Dominican product recognized as one of the best in the world). As for the music, we added a professional DJ. Thank you for your comment; it helps us improve every day, but we provided you with the experience you purchased to the letter.

Very dissapointed that we did not ise the slide that was the reason we booked that boat. More of a boat ride than a snorkle experience which is what we wanted natural pool is about 4 to 5 feet high and spent of time there. Staff was nice
