So much confusion no community attitudes disrespectful. I would not book again. It was 42 of us we were all unhappy but made the best of it.

It was very disorganized the moment we arrived. To board the boat they told us to go to one spot on the beach, then to another spot. We waited over 20 mins and finally we were allowed to get in a small raft that took us to the main boat. We were a big party of over 20 people we had to go in groups and some of us were not even given life jackets and they were overcrowding the raft, to the point that the police on the beach made them take out a few people from the raft for safety reasons. The fruit on the boat was not even cold. It was hot. I understand we are in the sun but the fruit could have been kept chilled until served. The bathroom was very unsanitary. The staff was friendly. The transportation guy was the best.

We are very sorry to hear about the disorganization during boarding, the overcrowding on the raft, and the issues you experienced with the bathroom and fruit on board. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide.
We would also like to clarify that on days with rough sea conditions, the waves near the shore can become quite strong, making it unsafe for guests to directly board the main vessel from the beach. This can increase the risk of accidental bumps or injuries due to the movement of the boat. For this reason, all providers operating that day, including us, opted to use a smaller transfer boat to safely take guests from the shore to the main catamaran.
Please know that your comments have been shared with our operations team, and we are taking immediate steps to improve our boarding logistics, ensure all safety measures (including life jackets) are properly followed, and review our onboard food handling and sanitation protocols.

Where the boat picks you up the water smells and they make you walk through seaweed and dirty water to get on the boat. The vibe was boring there was no food and the staff is not nice. Music was 3/10.

Regarding the boat pickup point, we are actively working with local authorities to improve the conditions in that area, which can sometimes be affected by natural factors such as seaweed during certain seasons.
We would also like to clarify that our tour description clearly states that snacks are included—not a full meal or lunch. Snacks were indeed offered to all guests on the day of your tour.
