Birthday party

We felt like we paid to go to someone’s birthday party. One of the crew members brought their friends on to celebrate. The equipment was awful and unsanitary. No sanitation between users for hooka or snorkeling. Parasailing was great.

Unprofessional company. We were ripped off!

Driver’s arrival was late. We started the tour at least an hour after it was supposed to start. Didn’t fully experience parasailing because when we went up, they decided to swap passengers to another boat. Then they railed us down. We didn’t experience the boat moving at all. Very unstructured, no direction on where to go on the boat as we arrived 3rd off the boat and went last to parasail. On the return to the “party boat” When putting the snorkel gear on, the tour guide told us to hurry up because we were almost out of time (which was the company’s fault on poor timing). We experienced no hookah diving. Then they proceeded to charge us $80.00 to AIRDROP photos to our phone. Open bar was a joke although the bartender was very pleasant and bubbly.

The parasailing flight is always 8 minutes and for the snorkeling and Hooka diving we have 1:30 by the reef to enjoy the experience.. We move boats for the Flight and then to get back to the Catamaran,. (that is why you switch boats). The price of the PICTURES considering the activities you made is the regular price . .

***DONT BOOK THIS TRIP & DONT USE VIATOR*** First of all Don't let the pictures fool you, the boat they put you on is a crappy old charter boat. They didn't have enough equipment for everyone to hooka dive & didn't have enough equipment for everyone to snorkel, they wanted everyone to take turns. A young lady got out of the water with her snorkeling gear (goggles & mouth piece) & the man in charge took it from her & handed it straight to me... Gross right!!! The area they took us to for the "natural pool" was disgusting & super deep. The only alcohol they offer is rum with coke & sprite thats it! To top this off we only did this trip to parasail & we was told on our way back to land that we couldn't parasail (no it was not windy), I honestly believe they put us on the wrong boat & didn't want to admit it. We paid $214.00 for this trip to parasail & they only want to refund us $40.00 (unexceptable) DON'T DO THIS TRIP & HONESTLY I WOULDN'T BOOK THROUGH VIATOR PERIOD!!!!!

Disgusting party boat

Enjoyed parasailing. Snorkeling was fair. Staff was friendly. Not aware it was a party boat…everyone else was drinking, women were dancing, disgusting. Would not book again.
