it's all about fun and letting loose on vacation. The natural pool was the highlight of the event. Drinks, music and dancing in and out of the water. Definitely a great time!

We were never picked up. Waited in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours. Booked through resort and went with another company the next day.

Mister! You know more than anyone that if we picked you up, in fact we called the reception of the barcelo hotel and left the message with the receptionist named Carlos where we indicated that the pick-up time was at 2:40 pm. I also personally called him to room 1016 and they never picked up the phone. We also leave you several messages through the viator platform where we indicate the time. the bus was waiting until 2:53 from 2:40 and you never showed up. I call at 3:15 I was in the lobby and that was not the agreed time. you know I have proof of the messages and calls. It is a shame to make this comment when you know that it was the opposite. When you called me, I told you that I could pick it up the next day and you didn't want to. how bad taste to receive this comment when you know that if we picked it up but you were late and we have the evidence. you also know that we called you directly on your phone and it was off. And when you called at 3:15, I told you, I was calling you, you told me that your phone was off and you had just turned it on. here the one who did not arrive on time was you. Because at reception they gave you the two messages that the pick-up would be at 2:40 pm but you were never there.
