I've done ATVs plenty of times in different countries & this was by far the worse experience. The driver was late, the point of contact was unresponsive as all 6 of us tried calling to get a pick up update. When we arrived the ATV operators offered us a package upgrade that we declined. Instead of moving forward he tried to pressure us into taking the upgrade. We weren't given the safety overview thats usually given before getting on the machine. The tour guide was short with us, we soon found out we were his 4th tour of the day & he was tired. Once we got started, one of our ATVs stalled out multiple times, another had a flat tire, another cut off completely. My ATV was the ONLY one with side mirrors, none of the 6 ATVs had break lights, & the breaks on all of them were not the best. The stops we made were a coffee plantation/souvenir store, a cenote that was overcrowded, beach where we were hounded to purchase from vendors. All in all, I do not recommend unless you want to ride on poorly upkept machine & be rushed throughout your experience.

We got the buggy’s and we had a great time. Left very dirty and tired but seen a lot of beautiful sights. The pictures they took of us were great also. Is there a way we can get the pictures resent to us if we lost them?

Pickup never came to get our party from the hotel. Called and messaged the tour guide multiple times with no response whatsoever. Ultimately hd to request a refund and reschedule plans.

The staff is nice but the quads have big problems, buggies like this are even dangerous, when you arrive at the beach you get stopped from all sides to buy things. And we didn't go riding so no I don't recommend it. The only positive point is that we do a lot of quad biking but with vehicles that don't work. The staff is good
