⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ATV Drive Review I had an absolutely amazing experience on the ATV adventure! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, fun, and exciting. ATV company was very fun. Enjoyed the cenote (not cold), please remember to bring you swimsuit for the ATV tour. Our tour guide Jhonny was very knowledgable and took great care of our group. Now the snorkeling portion was very misleading. When we got to the spot where we where to catch the boat it was confusing you had people with clothes ON (for ex. young lady had sash for birthday and a crown) basically not too many people looked like they were there to snorkel but possibly to party. Next we get on the boat and we go out about 100 ft and were told we can snorkel because there was a reef (we could have swim to the reef) and staff lowered the slide. We were like huh? Was able to snorkel about 20-30 minutes and that was it for snorkeling (upset about that I wanted to snorkel). We partied and drunk some good rum punch. Going down the slide and watching drunk people go down the slide was the best. I can say I didn't sign up to party on the excursion but it was a good party! Now if you want Party hard this is the excursion for you; but if you want strictly to snorkel you might want to book another excursion this is not for you. The staff was totally the best. This excursion should be titled Full Day ATV Experience and Party Cruise with Open Bar - Snorkeling Optional

Excellent experience, I would do it again. We chose the atv over the buggies and we were glad we did, as we got way less muddy than the buggies, but still muddy enough. We felt very safe & Johnny, our guide, was THE BEST!

The all day excursion was an excellent experience up until we got off the boat which was our last stop on the excursion. Me and my wife were left without a driver to get us back to the resort. I emailed Viator for a partial refund for the inconvenience but they made it like I made the mistake when they messed up. Very or customer service. Didn’t even offer a discount in the future. The guides were awesome. I absolutely would’ve given 5 stars had the rep not made it as if I made the mistake and not Viator. I’ll be looking to book with another company in the future.

So this is my full detailed review…. The driver was late picking us up which I understood because things happen but the van to pick us up was infested with nets and flys and was very cramped and small mind you we paid 230 for this excursion so we were expecting at least a spacious air conditioned vehicle with some good music to vibe too. We get to the small town where we did the atv/buggies and as soon as we got off the villagers/ sales men were very aggressive, we were surrounded from the moment we got off and the stops From Macao to the water cave (water cave salesmen are the worst by the way, they literally are at the entrance and will literally try to pull you away from the group to get you to buy something. The tour guides seem to be on a time crunch so pack light because you’ll be on the go from the moment you step off the van! Also bring water shoes and your own bandana and sunglasses because they charged us $10 each for a bandana. We get to Macao beach veryyy beautiful but like I said sellers are AGRESSIVE! Water cave is 25 deep so bring your own life vest or pay $5 you are only there for 15 min keep that in mind. You are at Macao for 25 min. So after we done atving we did the snorkeling bit me and bf LOVED the views but the boat is small and you’ll be lucky if your boat isn’t over packed. Sellers are still aggressive so be aware. It was falsely advertised the bar looked nothing like the pictures provided by the company I wouldn’t even call that a bar. We were told we were going to receive fresh gauc and chips which we didn’t. they load you up with drinks which is cool but no bathrooms so your only option is to pee in the ocean or go to some sketchy bathroom in the cut. Drink with that knowledge and be mindful. The associates on the boat bring some local friends on which is cool and all but they all were doing powder. Over all be mindful and the views were amazing but my 230 was definitely wasted! Have fun if you book.

Full day excursion- they forgot us after lunch

6 of us booked this excursion. The ATV tour part of the tour was great. Super organized, the 3 stops were really nice and the staff were really friendly. We were dropped off at our resort around 12:30pm for lunch, and we were told we would be picked up again at 1:30pm for the second part of the excursion, the catamaran. My group rushed around to get changed and to eat a quick lunch to be back at the lobby for 1:30pm. 1:30pm came and no one showed up to pick us up. Around 2pm, we grew concerned and messaged the organizer. We were basically told that the driver had forgotten us and a new driver was on the way. We didn't get picked up until 2:30pm/2:45pm. Thankfully, we had wifi at our resort, or we wouldn't have been able to get ahold of anyone, we all had airplane mode on. We were also concerned that we wouldn’t be able to get back to the resort, in fear we would get forgotten again by your company. Because of this, we were unable to enjoy the party boat to the fullest. When we got to the catamaran, it was enjoyed. The staff were very kind and we were able to enjoy the rest of the excursion

So much fun!We had a blast!I'm glad we did it.All the people were just amazing- they thought of everything and made this tour a great fun and safe!Safety was definitely their priority.We got to see more of the island, beach, the cave and the snorkeling on a party boat was a gran finale of a wonderful day.Make sure u have the biggest sun glasses, something to cover your entire face and head , if u don't, they sell bandanas and other face coverings..U will get dirty everywhere.It will be messy.Kenny, our guide was wonderful, he took great care of us and was always near if we had any concerns or questions.What a wonderful company ,they all took great care of us.Thank you so much.

FUN. FUN. FUN! Riding ATVs and ATVs throughout the area, was extremely fun with this tour for part one we went to a farm and everybody was polite and everything was safe. Part two was the booze cruise. I had the best time of my life and jamming out with strangers on a boat. Super super fun time. Highly recommend booking this.!!
