We had an amazing lesson with Ella. She was patient and encouraging. She was really attentive and worked well with our various comfort levels (2 adults, 2 kids ages 13 and 9). We had no experience going into the lesson and had such a fun time! Highly recommend this surfing lesson for all ages and groups.

We enjoyed surfing, we had 1 hour of instruction in the water with Ariana who was great. Then an additional hour of surfing on our own.

This should be labeled as surfboard rental instead of a lesson. You get a 2 minute overview on how to stand on a surfboard, and then very limited help in the water (mainly consisting of getting a push on the waves). There is no instruction whatsoever on how to actually surf on your own. The "instructor" gives a push every 10 minutes or so and then leaves you at the hour mark. You would have better luck watching a Youtube video on how to surf and renting a surfboard for much cheaper. That said, it's a good opportunity to have semi-supervised surfing time.

We do advertise that it’s 1 hour instruction and 1 hour surfing on your own :)

Was hopeful for a good experience as we had taken surf lessons with a different company before that was really memorable, but was disappointed in the quality of the surfboards, which were foam boards and they only had one size. For taller people who would benefit from longer boards, these weren't an option. We arrived early for check-in, but nobody arrived until a few minutes after the start time, then we had to wait for an additional 15 minutes for the instructor to be able to access the boards. The instructor was friendly. Wouldn't book this experience again.

Very accommodating! We came 5 mins late and he still kept our reservation. Very helpful I lost my phone during my lesson and he helped and found it! Give easy instruction and stays with you for an hour n get to practice for another hour which is time he let us make up cause of phone situation

It was a great experience! This was my friend and I’s first time surfing and the instructor was very helpful getting us up on our first few waves. After about 30-45 mins we were good to go on our own which was so fun! The experience was only an hour even though the listing says approximately 2 hours but overall and great experience and would absolutely do it again! Highly recommend!

Hands down one of my kids’ favorite activities during our vacation. Ages 16, 15, & 12. They all loved it. The instructor had great tips and my kids are now asking if we can buy long boards.

If you are new to surfing or just struggling this is a great spot to get better. I’ve been surfing in SoCal for over a year and really struggled to stand, he was able to help me fix it with some valuable pointers and I stood on the 2nd try.

Daughter & dad surfing experience, we had a great time. caught some waves. we where the only ones taking the lessons so it was a good experience for my daughter to get the idea of what to do really fast.

Fantastic experience, all you need to bring is yourself & sunscreen (we brought our own water too). (Make sure you cover your back 1/2 (legs & back) with sunscreen-the way you lay on your board your back & legs are exposed to the sun & we all did get sunburn) Nicholas was a great instructor!

Arrived early, staff member was there and started promptly. He stayed in the water helping us catch the waves and shouting directions to us as we learned. We bowed out and let the kids keep going. By an hour in both kids had the hang of it and stood up at least once. Very good experience!

Our first surfing experience was in Puerto Rico with our three children, aged 10 and 14. We sought a fun ocean activity and found surfing lessons. Booking was easy and straightforward. We were fortunate to secure a spot on the same day. Shortly after receiving detailed instructions on reaching our location, the experience became even more enjoyable. Our instructor, Gustavo, was highly knowledgeable and helpful, making the activity enjoyable for both our children and us. The first hour was dedicated to learning, followed by an entire hour for surfing independently. I highly recommend this experience for anyone seeking a fun-filled day on the beach and in the ocean. It was an incredible day for all of us!

I went with a group of five and we had an amazing time. Even though the waves were a bit strong the day we went, the instructors were very helpful and we were able to get up on our feet a few times! The managers were also very understanding of refunding a couple lessons for our friends that were sick on the day of lessons. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a blast during our surf lesson in San Juan! The class started with some light stretching before practicing paddling & standing on the beach. After we go the hang of it, our two instructors took us into the water where they helped us get the hang of things for the first hour or so. After that, we were free to surf as much or as little as we liked. Fair warning- it is a decent workout, so we only lasted an extra 15 minutes or so after the instructors got out of the water. Regardless, the location is beautiful and the experience was fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

This was the highlight of my whole trip to PR. I was a complete novice to surfing and the instructors were able to teach me the basics to be able to get up on the board and surf the waves. I did the lesson two days in a row because I liked it so much. Thank you for introducing me to what will now become my new hobby. I want to come back to PR again to surf more now.
