The vehicles CANNOT accommodate excess luggage. Please send an inquiry prior to travel to ask if excess luggage is acceptable. Additional fees will be charged on the day of travel for excess luggage. Baby seats are not available.

If you were to read the instructions: if arriving a terminal 1,meet here if terminal 2, go to this place. I have informed Viator of our flight number and arrival time and we got out of terminal 2, driver wasn’t anywhere. He called me a few minutes later and instructed me to meet him at terminal 1 instead and will take us to go ride a shuttle. He said he will meet us at 18:45 when we got out of the airport at 17:50.
I told him I just want to cancel and he said you will pay anyway. At that point, since we are feeling unsafe with this driver, we just decided to take a taxi which is much cheaper by the way and a very kind driver.
Just fyi, if you guys don’t know, people book this transportation service for convenience and to have a timely arrival to the next destination.
So yes I paid for nothing . Thank you very much

Driver was great. My flight was 45 min late and he waited patiently. Drive was smooth and he pointed out top sights and a few local restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better experience after a long, tiring days.

He was okay, but it was a rough ride and the worst part is, he dropped me off at the wrong place. Told me to walk up the hill said, it's right up there. It was a very steep hill, not sure why he couldn't just drive up the hill. When I got to the top of the hill, it was not the right place. I had to walk 2 blocks before my family found me. I will NOT be using your services again.

You are better off taking an uber, public transport or prepaid taxi from the airport. I emailed Grayline, 5 days prior to my trip to confirm a pickup time, no one every responded. I also called the phone number 2 days prior to my travel provided on the website and they did not answer the call. At the airport I did not see anyone there so I gave it one last shot and called their number using a local phone and no one picked up. Please do not book this service because you need to call them and tell them where to pick you up prior to your arrival so I just wasted $15 and no one even responded to my email or calls for pickup. Very bad service. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Just use public transport, it costs less than 5 dollars.

We were told by Viator that driver will be at the arrival lounge whereas at airport we were asked to come to the meeting point which was good 500-700m outside the airport. We were waiting for almost 45 Mon before the driver arrived. Though he kept us informed but was very inconvenient especially during late night.
Vehicle and driver was good. No complaints from.that end.

I am giving a rating of poor, not terrible, since the car and driver were all right.
However - to ask for confirmation for transfer from airport, expensive international phone call is totally unacceptable."Your booking may be canceled without refund if you don’t contact the tour operator to reconfirm".
But the worst:
"The driver will meet you at the "Dollar Thrifty Car Rental" office"
No one at that office or the neighbouring offices knew about them. Only after asking everywhere we found the office at the other end of the building. Terrible!

Upon our arrival we were met by NO ONE. We checked with the airport info desk and they had no information regarding Viator airport pickup. We ended up taking a Taxi to our hotel. I do not recommend this, not just because they did not show up, the Taxi cost less than we paid for the Viator Airport Transfer.

I told the guy that help me book the pick up that my flight don't arrive at the airport at 7 something in the evening. However, my flight was delay more than an hour and on the paper saids 5 or 7 am -12 pm. Also, it said to meet the person at the dollar thrifty rental. I when an check it out and it was closed by the time I got to the airport.

I tried to ring the shuttle company prior to leaving Amsterdam and could not get through on the number provided. When I arrived in Prague I again tried to ring and could not get on to anyone. I then asked the airport information counter if they knew where the meeting point was as noted on the voucher and she indicated that it was across from the airport. I went to the meeting point as indicated on the voucher. The carpal was empty but for a few cars that had not drivers. I waited for 15 minutes then tried to ring again but no answer. Finally I gave up and caught a taxi. A most unsatisfactory situation.

Do not book this! Our driver was over an hour late picking us up! We couldn't find the pick up location and most Czech people have very poor English so it was very difficult. Uber would have been so much better!

12 euro is great value for approx 30 minute journey, my hotel would have provided a taxi for e30!
The courtesy phone at the rent a car desk did not work but the guy working there phoned them and a driver arrived in 5 minutes.
My driver was a lovely man and he provided plenty of history about the city on the way.
- The rental company listed on the voucher is not the name at the desk in the rent a car area which could cause confusion.

This would have got 4 stars apart from the problems i had finding the meeting point. It took a long walk in poor weather across a dark wasteland to an equally dark and unlabelled building. The firm i was suposed to approach seems to have got lot too. Fortunately a figure loomed from the darkness waving a piece of paper with my nsme on it and things were great from there. As i said, everytnjng was great otherwise. I booked a return trip and it was perfect. Get a better meeting place, Guys! The last thing a weary traveller needs is a walking tour of Prague airport!

On the voucher it said to meet driver at Dvorak-rent a Car building C......Didn't see Dvorak - rent a Car....It was Budget/Enterprize that I checked in with first counter on the left inside the rent a car building.......Driver eas very nice, very comfottable van -Mercedes...only one other pasenger beside me.....

Be very careful when booking this company. My paperwork said to meet them outside the airport at Parking Building C. When I went out the doors their were 3 huge parking buildings and none of them were marked A, B, or C. I kept walking and walking asking at businesses until I found the rental car office I was supposed to meet in. I was told once I got there to look for Dvorak-Rent a Car. The Dvorak was not anywhere in the building that I could find. Again, I started asking till I found the right counter. Then the agent tried calling them for me since they were not waiting even though I had called 3 days ahead to confirm as asked. He told me they would not answer and he was waiting for them to call back. As I sat down 3 other couples either showed up or had already been waiting. When the driver finally showed up 30 minutes later we all piled into a shared transfer which I had booked. Apparently this company advertises as a private transfer on another website so the 3 couples with me had paid more money for the private transfer and were being forced into the shared transfer service. This was not a convenient service to book at the airport. It is about a 10 minute walk dragging your suitcases trying to figure out where the meeting point is and a lot of aggravation once you find the meeting point to get them to show up. I would avoid this and book a service that will meet you at the arrivals gate and not make you leave the airport dragging luggage looking for unmarked locations after 24 hours of flying. I have travelled extensively and this is the worst experience I have ever had trying to book transportation.

the directions given by viator or the tour operator as to where to find the shuttle was not clear! we had to keep on asking several people at the airport and had to call the operator several times. when we get to the place, it didn't have the sign that we were supposed to be looking for. just a very small sign that says greyline, an inch big. how did they expect the people to find them? when we got there, it took some time for them to organize the trip to the hotel. this was not so efficient and wasted a lot of our time looking for them and waiting for the shuttle to get organized and leave for the city

Location of vendor easy to find, albeit not in actual Arrival Terminal. Driver's English not great, but sufficient for both of us to understand one another. Felt safe with him behind the wheel- didn't speed and knew exactly where my drop off location was. Vehicle clean and comfortable. I would definitely use this vendor again
