What To Expect

Whether you’re traveling solo, as a group or a twosome, your transfer needs are taken care of with this smooth, shared minivan service from your central Prague hotel to Prague Airport. The service runs every hour, 24 hours a day and seven days a week, so you can travel to the airport at a convenient time for your flight.

When your vacation in Prague is over, simply meet your driver at your hotel. Then, settle into your minivan and relax on your ride to Prague Airport.

When you book the service, you will be asked to provide your Prague hotel details and departure flight information. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of your making your booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to pass to the driver.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will have certain restrictions. The vehicles CANNOT accommodate excess luggage. Please send an inquiry prior to travel to ask if excess luggage is acceptable. Additional fees will be charged on the day of travel for excess luggage. Baby seats are available with previous note in advace.

This service is very convenient when you're staying in Praha 2. The driver will pick you up at the exact location. Prior to that, the operator will call to inform on the pick up time. Don't worry you will not miss your flight.

I requested a driver to pick up 4 of us from Hotel Pod Vezi in Prague. He arrived early but was not very friendly which is fine. we stopped to pick up another couple on the way. He drove a van like he was in a grand prix race, stopping and starting very roughly and accelerating like a mad man. My wife got car sick from his erratic driving! I did not catch his name but I do want Viator to read this and take the appropriate actions with our driver. He should not be working as a van driver but would fit right in driving a New York taxi !!

I booked the transfer to and from the airport so I will review them both here. The driver that met me at the airport arrived an hour after my plane arrived and made me stand around while we wait on another flight which the board showed as cancelled the whole time. The driver proceeded to drop me at the wrong hotel. He had me fill out a form with the pick up details for the transfer back to the airport. I had already arranged this with the agency, so this request seemed odd (actually it was a scam). On the return a different driver picked me up. He asked me for payment, when I said I had payed he called his office to confirm. They said I had not paid. I showed the driver my Viator voucher, which he did not honor. Said it was my problem to work out with the company, so I had to pay (again) for the transfer. Which I did. Two strikes for Viator for me, this is the second bad experience I’ve had with their service providers in Europe. Enough for me.

Driver great! I was ready on the dot. We leisurely made our way to the next hotel where the two women were not in the lobby and had not checked out yet, so we had to wait twenty minute for these inconsiderate women. The driver tried to make up the lost time, and I actually arrived on time to check in and get through security in time to meet my plane. Thank you driver!

Prompt pickup and good value for money at e12 for a 30 minute trip. - When I had the hotel ring to confirm my booking and get the pickup time the rep they spoke to did not have any record of my booking which had been made the day before. I do not know what the issue was as could not understand the language so make sure you get your booking confirmed especially as you want to get picked up on time for your flight.

Do not book this transfer if you have an early flight...I pre-booked the transfer, which included information on my flight time which was at 6am, and everything seemed fine. I had my hotel call to check what time I would be picked up to go to the airport because the voucher did not include that information. I was told that they don't pick up that early. I ended up having to take a taxi to the airport, which was fine, but it would have been nice to know at time of booking that early transfers were not available.

The vendor who was to transport us to the airport wanted to charge us double the prepaid price for the transport. Our Holland American tour director at the hotel was able to secure us with very inexpensive transportation to the airport. Our driver emailed us to confirm early on, which saved us the trouble of calling when we got there. He arrived about 15 minutes late, but was incredibly apologetic, and there was traffic.
