Lovely experience ! Old security gards at the door didnt had empathy or kindness even to answer a question while waiting on the que due to heavy busy day . My wife and daughter was frustrated while waiting on the que at -3--5° temperature .

Museum ticket bait and switch scam

Bad experience. Viator's vendor sold us national museum tickets for the Lucy exhibit that they knew didnt exist and charged double the going rate to do so. After taking our money and giving us a receipt for the tickets we were informed there were no tickets but tried to get us to change to the next day where there was availability, and then said they could do no refunds. Scam artists

Apart from the National Museum ticket, you also receive an audioguide of the Old Town; it is also a skip-the-line ticket. For this reason, the price is not the same as just the basic entry from the ticket office. Due to a mistake on our side, we could not provide Museum tickets for your chosen date of visit. We are deeply sorry for this; due to the current exhibition, there is a limit of visitors at certain times, which we cannot influence. In case the booked time is not available, we always offer the clients the option of rescheduling, but we understand this option is not always possible or preferred by the client. In case you need to cancel your reservation, you need to contact Viator directly, as we are just the provider of the activity and cannot handle refunds.

You need to read the pick up point very carefully. I used Viator directions they were horrible. Never made it to the venue. Worst directions on how to get tickets I have experienced
