Itinerary

Book a morning or afternoon departure, and start with a hotel pickup by taxi. Alternatively, meet your guide at a designated hotel in central Prague.

After a safety briefing and instructions, hop on your easy-to-ride, 2-wheel electric scooter or bicycle, and after a practice run, set off behind your guide. Cruise the handsome streets and hear about Prague’s history and culture as you head for Letná Park, set above the Vltava River. Follow the pathways to Prague’s largest beer garden, and stop to admire the panoramas over Prague's Old Town and the Vltava River’s bridges below.

Refuel with bottled water and head for the Prague Castle area and Strahov Monastery, a hilltop abbey dating to the 1200s. Admire the monastery and castle exterior before continuing to Ladronka Park, a huge recreational area of lawns, sports courts, and walking trails. Swap your e-scooter for a Segway transporter here, and after instructions, enjoy a leisurely ride around the park’s quiet roads and tracks.

After, return to your e-scooter and coast through the pretty Petrin Gardens and Lesser Town to the Charles Bridge—Prague’s oldest bridge—back into the Old Town.

Your tour concludes in central Prague.

E-bike at their best

Laura_W, May 2026
Wonderful way to visit the Castle level of the city. The views were amazing and the tour guide was knowledgeable.

Best way to see Prague

Nell_H, Apr 2026
Such a great experience! Honestly the best way to see Prague! The fat tire scooter tour was fun, easy, and a really different way to explore the city. Our guide, Tomáš, was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. One of us wasn’t as confident on the scooters, and he made sure to go at a comfortable pace, often stopping without us even having to ask so we could all stay together. There was also an hour planned on Segways, and when one participant didn’t feel confident, he quickly adapted the tour so everyone still felt comfortable and included, and we got to enjoy the Segways in a way that worked for the whole group. Tomáš also came prepared with water, which was such a nice touch. Would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Prague. A brilliant way to see the sights without feeling rushed!

Don’t miss

Lots and lots of fun exploring Prague thru e bike and Segway, polite and patient guide. Lots of history too. Truly worth it and will be back again.

Response from Host, Nov 2025

Dear client, thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed the combination tour with us so much. Bikes are suitable for the sightseeing part and Segways for the fun part. We will definitely be happy to see you back, we do more types of tours of Prague. Thank you for choosing and using Ecotours services. Jan Vecera CEO

Lots of fun

Jennifer_B, May 2024
We had a great tour with Hannah. She showed us all the sites with explanations all the way. The Segways were a lot of fun. In fact the whole tour was a lot of fun and would highly recommend it. A good way to get your bearings in Prague.

Great E-Bike & Segway tour of Prague’s highlights

Chris_O, Sep 2021
Jana (YAHN-AH) was a great tour guide and showed us all the highlights of Prague mainly by E-Bike but also some Segway around the stadium area.

While the rain dampened our clothes and Jana kept us motivated and provided us plastic ponchos and bottled water.

We started out from the new city area, crossed the river, and headed up to the Metronome. While you may look at the metronome as a little underwhelming - the context on the location helps with it representation of the unending march of time.

Prior to the current installation - the site was where a larger than life statue of Stalin sat and was destroyed about a year after construction finished following Khrushchev’s denunciation of the former Soviet leader in the early 60’s.

From there we continued up to the palace area and though it was on the way back - this is where the St. Norbert brewery can be found and we stopped for a beer (small) before heading back down into the city.

Before St. Norberts - we took segways out for a run around the stadiums above the city (Strahov) - this is a great area to consider the history.

We also stopped to see the entrance of an old Atomic bunker - this is not officially part of the tour - Jana pointed it out based on my describing an interest in WWII and Cold War highlights that I’d want to see or have pointed out. I’m the one who got off the Segway and walked up to find the door…unlocked. I didn’t go in besides poking my nose and camera in. I appreciate and respected the concern for my safety though I totally would have gone in if it was in the US.

Coming back down into the city - we went through the orchards, picked off some Mirabelles for a snack and went down through the Kafka museum area.

This truly was a great trip - the e-bike makes the hills very manageable and tooling around on a Segway took a little getting used to - but was fun!

Jana and this tour was great and we highly recommend it.

Fun and interesting

Anna was a great guide. Patient, informative, fun. Highly recommend private tour with Anna. Best private city tour I have ever been on. You are free to give suggestions on where you want to go and what to see. Also stop off for a friendly coffee to catch a heat, or a beer of you so please 😁

We Went on this tour as a last minute Booking thing whilst we were there celebrating my Birthday, and i can assure, you we were not left disappointed. This is all the more surprising for me as i was always reluctant to do anything with segway's - my opinion has now been changed. Ales our tour Guide really brought the city alive with a wonderful tour with Great commentary and history. Meeting at the Intercontinental Hotel after the organiser had arranged a taxi pick up from our hotel at no extra cost. we were greeted by a friendly and personable man who turned out to be our tour guide. I was a trifle nervous at seeing both the scooters and the segway's but he was able to put my mind at rest with easy to follow instructions and the warm up practice. We did go on the roads with the E-Scooter, but Ales Was confident enough to put any concerns at rest. The Stops we did along the way were well thought out and allowed us to really get the best picture of the city- both metaphorically and literally. Any Questions we had were answered with a well informed answer. Even the information about the stadium and the events they had in there were very interesting. it was after this we switched to the segways for some off-road experiences through the woods on the trails. it really did add to a full rounded experience. We got numerous opportunities to stop and take photo's - and Ales was very accommodating of my need to take as much photo's as instagram contains. He really helped to light up the history, the city and the prague experience for us. he really helped us to fall in love with the city. I would highly recommend this tour - take it, embrace it and you will love the city and all it has to offer too. Definitely worth the money!

Ivan was our tour guide and he was fantastic. The overall tour was great, the pace was good, the history that Ivan gave was of good sound knowledge. The weather was a little cold but make sure you wear gloves, hats and scarfs. I felt after the tour that I saw most of Prague and my whereabouts of the city was good. There are some great parks that we covered. We touched on a lot of the main sites through the tour. The scooters were a little hard to get used to but after being on them for an hour it was a great experience. The segways round the stadium helped break up the tour a little. Overall very happy with the tour and our tour guide.
