For Porto Airport pickups, your chauffeur will monitor your flight and meet you in the Arrivals Hall with a sign showing the lead passenger’s name. Turn left after entering Arrivals and wait near the meeting-point sign by Starbucks Coffee. Please message us after border control and when collecting your luggage. Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time. For hotel or address pickups, your chauffeur will meet you at the lobby, main entrance or confirmed address. Please be ready on time. A 15-minute waiting period is included. Please provide your flight number, mobile number, passenger count and luggage details when booking.
