There was a delay of 10 minutes on starting the trip.
On the end we were waiting for a time compensation but it ended 5 minutes earlier.
In a one hour trip 15 minutes makes a difference.

We did the 1hr cruise which was very nice, complete with audio. The boat staff were nice and helpful. The ticket and welcoming staff were bored, rude and short of customer service skills. We wished they could have at least faked a smile.

Tour gives a sense of the beauty of the Valley. It was also striking how peaceful the surroundings are. Given earlier in the day, our tour was not very crowded which also helped.

The staff! They helped this disabled traveler have a safe and comfortable experience. Of particular note, was the young lady who helped arrange a taxi to pick us up at the pier and take us to as accessible restaurant. We can’t thank her enough!

Did a one hour ride and was suppose to receive English headset but when I asked was told it was only for the two hour ride ( which I doubt they do either). Glad I didn't spend a lot of money and only did one hour.

My wife and I took a 1 hour rabelo boat trip in Pinhao in Feb 2023. We were lucky as we were the only people on the boat, which was probably a combination of it being low season plus it was 10am so the day-trippers had not arrived yet. This trip usually has an audio guide available, but given it was just the 2 of us on the boat, the guide gave us all the insight directly. Though it was a fairly short trip, the scenery was beautiful and we really enjoyed it.

Nothing good. Overcrowded. 15 minutes late start waiting for a tour bus to arrive. Standing room only. Difficult to impossible for photos due to over crowding. So packed you couldn’t even attempt to get to bar or restrooms from the front. No guide despite your asking for language choice. Returned on time so only 45 minutes instead of 1 hour but happy to get off. Just a terrible experience bordering on fraudulent as we certainly did not get what we paid for

Sérieusement, très ordinaire… Une chance que le paysage était magnifique!! L’équipage ont de la difficulté à te regarder et aucun n’a été capable de nous dire un bonjour ou bonne journée au retour…. En plus le rabelo est tellement gros pour amasser le plus de touristes possibles, loin de la réalité d’antan… Un attrape touriste!!
