We loved this experience. The sommelier was insightful and engaging. Les Caves Du Louvre was a beautiful wine and cheese shop . We left there with a bottle to take home and many more suggestions of wines and cheeses to buy when we return to the states.

We actually will be requesting a refund because our ticket said 7 PM and the tasting was actually at 12 PM so we missed it.. I planned to connect with you for a refund when we return from our trip. The gentleman at the winery said this has happened before and I showed him our ticket and he said that we need to seek the refund from you. It was very disappointing as we were celebrating my daughter‘s 25th birthday and this was something very special that we were seeking to do in Paris.

Willie was an amazing sommelier who was so knowledgeable about wine and cheese and their history in France. It was a fascinating experience in a very cool, beautiful cellar in an underground area. The cheeses and the wine were superb and plentiful. We absolutely loved it. I have done many wine tastings in my lifetime and this was second to none. You won’t regret doing this excursion.

Thus wine tasting experience was the highlight of our trip. The instructor was amazing; very personable and knowledgeable. We appreciate his hospitality and our group purchased a few bottles of our favorite white and red wines. The cheeses were delicious. We had an amazing time at the tasting. Jasmina was very knowledgeable and funny. We tasted 10 wines along with cheese and was provided water to cleanse your palette and stay hydrated. We were able to buy wine afterwards as well.

Our Sommelier, Willie was fabulous! He covered lots of territory. The event was more than I had expected and the facility was intriguing. The various tasting of wines from different regions of France with the pairing of specific cheeses was something I’ve never done before. It was wonderful and I now have a whole new appreciation on wine and cheese pairing. Thank you, Willie. I would highly recommend this event.

I booked this first because of the size of the offering: 10 each wine and cheese you can’t go wrong. The guide Jasmina was fantastic. The two hours for the pairing were not subject to quiet time….all conversation, explanations of the wine and cheeses and the pairings for each. Really thorough job and met cool people at the event.
