It was advertised as a 2-3 hour tour and the guide was with us for approximately an hour. He was good but also was not told he was to do a 2-3 hour tour as he had another group.
We had a very knowledgeable guide who gave us a wonderful tour. So glad we took this tour. We would not have gotten through all that we did in the 2 hours we were there.
The place is so big that without a good guide it would be impossible to be easy to get completely lost. We had a great tour guide and we were able to see the main attractions.
Easy to find, went straight to Mona Lisa, bypassed long lines, easy access to museum and would highly recommend. We spent hours in the museum. It’s beautiful.
We got to the meet point 5 minutes late and they left without us. I tried using the Viator text system to tell the tour guide we were going to be a little late but no response. Paris traffic delayed us. Out of our control. The phone number did not work as well. $180 US gone.
Nice overview of the Louvre Museum. Mathis was very knowledgeable and showed us lots of fine pieces of Art. The Mona Lisa was the finale as I have heard about her most of my life.
Mathis, the guide was knowledgeable & I learned stuff. I rate Mathis a 5 star.
BUT THE EQUIPMENT WAS AWFUL. I had to change out twice and others complained too I had to listen to static constantly and connectivity was in consistent.
Overwhelming, be prepared to see and experience 4000 + years of art. Guide was efficient and very knowledgeable about the art pieces and artists. When we wonder on your own ask for directions back to the arch.
The guide, Anne, was not good at all, did not explain ANYTHING, rushed to finish the tour. I feel it was a complete waste of money, would not recommend.

False advertisement , the duration of the tour less than 1 hour. Tour guy not informative and in top of all i choose English speaking and most of the tour was in spanish. i paid for a 2 hour tour and viator is refusing to issue a credit back... when i complained they told me I need to contact viator or called a # in France.
The guide was very nice although did walk a little fast for a few in our group. However, the tour was advertised as 2-3 hours but lasted 50 minutes, including a group bathroom break. It would have been helpful to be given a map as the tour ended outside the room with the Mona Lisa and we didn’t know where to go next.

The walking tour is approximately 2 1/2 hours long, but there are lots of opportunities to stop and observe the artwork. It actually felt like it went pretty quickly. The tour was well curated, and we saw all the highlights. It is a must see if you visit Paris. Remi was our tour guide and he was charming, knowledgeable, entertaining, and very educational, but in a good way. He was perfect for the job because he’s animated and very easy to understand. He made the whole 2 1/2 hours flyby.
I booked this activity for my dad & I. We got to the described meeting location and could not find the group. I attempted to call, text, and WhatsApp message the company, asking for help finding the group. AFTER the tour started (and 20 minutes after my last contact attempt), someone responded. I explained the situation and was told that we could not participate. Despite the fact that we arrived on time (although true, we had trouble locating the guide). I asked if the guide could retrieve my dad and I at the museum entrance - told no. I asked if the tickets could be sent to me so that we could enter the museum and would do a self-guided visit - told no. Asked for a refund - told no. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to be refunded. And we weren't able to visit the Louvre because tickets were sold out for the rest of our visit. Extremely poor customer service all around and terrible communication.
The guide was very knowledgeable, helpful and gave us a good path to see as much of the louvre as possible.
Very good experience, guide was excellent, I would recommend highly. Without a guide would be crazy at the Louve, so big.
There was a long wait before the group got to begin the Louvre tour and the queue to go through security was longer than I expected after the wait outside in the 30+ degree heat. The walk through the old Louvre fortress was brilliant but overshadowed by the excessively busy museum itself. The guilde was knowledgeable and showed us the highlights after which we were glad to get out of the Louvre probably won’t go back for another decade maybe in winter. Our unguided tour of the Musee d’Orsay was amazing.
Today was boiling hot , our tour was very good, very informative and knowledgeable. The artwork was amazing, difficult to see the Mona Lisa but did get a far away look.Merci
Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. We enjoyed the tour very much. I would recommend a tour like this to see the Louvre since it is such a big museum.

The meeting point was not clear at all. There were many agents at the same location, which made it very confusing.
I bought the tickets one hour before the tour, but when we arrived, they did not have my name on the list. We called the Viator emergency/contact number around 10 times, but no one answered. We also sent messages and received no response.
Even the agent at the meeting point could not reach anyone and mentioned that they had been having these kinds of problems.
Overall, it was an awful and very frustrating experience.

Do NOT book with these folks. Horrible business. They completely ruined my honeymoon vacation. We booked for a 430pm tour of Louvre with them through Viator and they never showed up. They then gaslight into thinking that we never booked when I texted them on WhatsApp the confirmation and screenshots of my booking. They were super rude on the phone about the situation when THEY were the ones who never showed up for our tour. They took our money.

Instant access and a direct walk to the Mona Lisa, the Louve was amazing. The Mona Lisa not so much., in my opinion. My suggestion, if you have the time book tickets ahead of time and save yourself a bunch of money. For last-minute tickets and easy access, great company.

We were left behind in the pouring rain We arrived at the meeting point 2 minutes late due to the weather conditions The area was so crowded with people trying to get out of the rain that we couldn’t find our tour guide We immediately called the # listed on the booking and they said they couldn’t help us we tried to find the tour inside the entrance to the Louvre but did see any group with the red flag as we were told This was a terrible experience and the we will be sure to post our horrible experience and are demanding a refund I have a copy of my phone log indicating the time and # of times we tried to reach the company and the tour guide

Loved the times entry, skip the line access, and a tour guide taking us to highlighted areas.
However, this tour misleading in the description it stated that the Musem Orsay was included, but it wasn’t.
Here is the description-
Louvre timed entry: Guided, hosted or hosted plus Musee D’Orsay.
Why is the Musee D’Orsay even included in the description if it was not part of the tour.??
