This is fraudulent. Tickets did not work. Only a receipt but not actual tickets. Avoid this company! Make sure to file chargebacks and consumer complaints against them! Customer service number is disconnected

I thought our boat ride was at 7.45 so we arrive at 7.15 as it stated on the ticket so find that we would have to wait in a que for 2 hours. It doesn’t matter what time it says on the ticket, everybody waits in the same line. It’s a half hour cruise, not 1-3 hours as stated on the ticket. All tickets are valid for 1 month- so if you get there to find a 2 hour que you can try again the next day.

Still no refund after 2 weeks – very disappointing service

I booked a boat tour in Paris through Viator, but when I arrived, there were no tickets available. I contacted Viator immediately, and they told me to buy another ticket and assured me I would be refunded. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received my money back. This is unacceptable. I trusted Viator to handle everything professionally, but instead, I was left to solve the problem on my own and now have to chase my refund. Very poor customer service and communication. I won’t be booking through Viator again unless this issue is resolved quickly.

It was so bad, we couldn’t get the ticket for so long as Viator just gave us a voucher code, so hard to get the ticket, after 2 hours of constantly asking them, messaging them only then they gave plus our tickets. I would not recommend them at all, just get the tickets from the Effiel Tower.

In theory, this Seine River sightseeing cruise should have been an ideal way to see Paris from the water. The views themselves were very nice, and it’s always special to float past the city’s landmarks. However, the experience on arrival was quite chaotic 😳. There were long lines and little organization as 1000s of people piled onto the boat 🚢, which made the start of the tour a little confusing.😐 Once onboard, I was surprised at how little commentary there was about the buildings and history of Paris. For a sightseeing cruise, it would have been great to have headphones 🎧 with some explanations or stories to make the journey more engaging and informative. Overall, it’s a pleasant way to see Paris from the Seine, but better organization at check-in and more guided information would really improve the experience.

You show up at the meeting point and join the huge line to board boat. Line moves fairly quickly. It seems they load and unload passengers non stop during operating times. So the time you book is not fixed. Did an evening cruise, was ok nothing special but what can you expect at this price. Audio announcements were a bit vague and hard to hear, I didn't know what I was looking at most of the time.

Tour group was very unorganized, difficulty figuring out where to board the boat. You aren’t garenteed the time we selected, just get in line and get on the next available boat. You are squished on the upper deck. No water provided as stated on the reservation. Views were great.

Fun on the seine

Great view of the night lights along the seine river! Very crowded and lots of confusion regarding which provider is at which berth until we discovered all the providers were at the same berth!!!! Find a HUGE line and jump in!!! Line moves fast! Very inexpensive and enjoyable experience
