Tour person did not show up the according time and location. This was a waste of our time. This was part of our honeymoon and customer support was useless. Many reviews from September are starting the same thing. Stay away from this vendor.

It was cancelled at the last minute and I was not notified. Since I was the only one who showed up at the meeting place, I think the guide felt it wasn't worth it for just one person, so didn't show.
This is the first time I've had a bad experience when booking with Viator.

Our tour guide, James, was amazing. His knowledge of the Latin Quarter, the monuments, culture, etc. was like having your Wikipedia page open.

Wonderful area of Paris to visit. I think there was alot of time in beginning getting started, and need to get more time to walk thru San Chappell, advise people to allow time at the end to walk through the luxemborg Gardens.

We waited for one hour at the precise location and no one showed up at the appointed time. We verified our location and time with other tour guides there. We tried to contact Viator and the provider and we were not able to get ahold of anyone. We were there a half hour early and waited for over half an hour after the meeting time. Getting a refund is hard and there is no refund yet. I would not go through a brokerage group again. I would deal directly with a tour guide. I wasted time and have not had a confirmation of a refund four days later.

Our guide never showed up. No one answered the phone # provided, or the “chat with your guide” feature. We had 3 and found 2 others waiting. Very disappointed ☹️

unfortunately the guide did not show at the meeting point. I could not reach via contact through viator and i called viator who also could not reach the tour guide
