This was a place we didn't get to visit during our last visit to Paris and we absolutely didn't want to miss. Wow, and what a fantastic place. Even better our guide was super knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful in-depth tour of the Opera. There is no way we would have gotten as much out of this experience without her expertise. Iuliana, our guide, was absolutely wonderful! Her knowledge of Opera Garnier is impressive. She brought the historic and gorgeous building to life! Iuliana shared insightful stories of the architect & how he won the contract to build the opera house, what life was like for the opera goers of high society when the building opened & the significance of the innovations in the design & construction. We learned a lot & can't say enough good things about Iuliana as a guide & highly recommend this tour!
