. Very vague directions on meeting place at Louvre. No one showed up. Called number on my voucher and was told Viator did not have my booking for the Louvre ! Why did they send me a voucher with their logo in top of the page? Another 3 ladies had the same trouble. I called again and no one answered the phone. No info on the What’s App! Finally was sent the info for entry…after 1 hour of our inter time for entry! Totally disappointed in Viator over this.

Our visit to the Louvre was a memorable experience, especially since we were in Paris for our 25th wedding anniversary. We’ve paid the ticket but it arrived late. We arrived at the venue early but have to wait for the ticket to arrive via email. I called the office but nobody is answering my call. Finally somebody answered my call after so many attempts and emailed the ticket after 10 minutes and missed our time.

This was a horrible experience I traveled across the country and did get the tickets. Waited online for an hour in the rain to find out the tickets were never sent. I would not recommend buying these tickets here.

After purchasing tickets for this experience, I was never sent the email confirmation that provided the tickets. It stated I was to meet the guide at 1000 to collect tickets, so I arrived at the meeting point. I then received a message from the guide stating that the Louvre was experiencing a strike and to meet at 1200 (not his fault, totally ok!!). Then upon my second arrival at 1200, I didn’t hear back from the guide after several chats to him. AFTER 1700, I received a chat stating that the experience was cancelled. I wasted almost an entire afternoon in Paris waiting on someone who never showed and never responded. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I paid to enter at the Mona Lisa in order to avoid the crushing sea of “violent “ people who push their way up to see the painting. Not only did I not gain direct entry at that point, I was supposed to enter at 9:30 am but didn’t get in until close to 11:00 am. I also didn’t receive the audio tour I paid for in advance. I had to pay again upon my arrival! This is definitely not worth the price.
Make certain you have time for this museum! There’s only one way in and one way out! It takes hours!!!!!

This experience is a total scam! There’s no French speaking guide waiting for you and neither the audio guide is included. When we asked for the audio guide they told us that we had to pay for it since it wasn’t included in the entry ticket.

No tickets sent and no communication on the day. No other provider at the Louvre knew of these people; we waited for an hour and left.
Luckily Viator refunded us the money but I would not recommend this provider. Huge disappointment and the time lost we do not get back.

Absolutely horrible, we already arrived early and yet the tour guide didnt even come. Didnt respond when we contacted him multiple times, ignored our calls, and only responded after we called him about 5 times. Not recommended at all, there are better tour guides out there, dont choose this one.

Do not use this company! We paid over $140 for tickets and they claim it is just a hold for potentially getting a ticket. A week later they claim they can’t get tickets. I then reached out to Viator support and somehow this company found magical tickets once I said I was contacting support. At this time it was past when we were supposed to be in the museum so we checked with a customer service representative and she said they were not valid tickets. It’s a complete scam and should not be allowed on this platform!
