Romantic evening on the Seine

Arrive early because the boat is crowded. Our tickets did not have the right QR code so it took a while until we found someone that knew how to scan the tickets. They told us we had to buy new tickets, but I knew that couldn’t be right so it took quite a while to find the right person that scanned our tickets.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to have difficulties with the QR code and to spend additional time finding the right person to assist you, especially when the boat was busy. Please note that your tickets were sent to you by email one day before the activity, and our role is to provide the tickets for the experience. The boarding process and on-site ticket scanning are managed directly by the cruise operator, so unfortunately, we do not have control over the organization and procedures at the boarding point. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We will share your feedback with the relevant team so that they can review the issue with the operator. Paris view from the Seine

We loved this tour. It’s was a great view of Paris from the water. I highly recommend doing this. It was Bastille Day, so the evening cruises were canceled, which was a little bit of a disappointment because we wanted to see the Paris lights at night, but other than that, it was wonderful.
