Our host Alex was so amazing introducing the foods of France with some wonderful stories. Very immersive! It was a small tour with fabulous foods and wines to pair. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience

This was the best experience in Paris. Chef Alex took us around the market first - showing us where he gets his fresh produce and meats. He then took us to his restaurant for delicious tasting paired with wine. I can’t wait to do this again when coming back to Paris.

Unreliable! Canceled the experience SAME DAY!.

We arrived in Paris in the morning and were planning on having a lovely experience with Chef Alex that evening, but after getting off the plane we received an email that Chef Alex was canceling because something came up. He offered us a cheese tasting for $100 a person instead, or rescheduling dinner for the following week. We ended up with nothing to do on our first night in Paris. What a disappointment. We do not recommend this experience. We recommend booking an experience with someone reliable.

Beware! He will cancel on you last minute!

Do NOT book this. We booked 2 months in advance and Chef Alex cancelled on us the day of our reservation was to be 7 plate dinner at 8:15 and instead offered a 4pm wine and cheese with a ridiculous 25 Euro refund! Ridiculous! Fighting with Biator now for a full refund! What a disappointment!

Chef Alex was very knowledgeable. He took us around to several shops in the area and the food was amazing . He explained everything we ate and what wine to pair it with. It was alot of fun . We would definitely do it again!!!

Chef Alex is amazing. Provided a wonderful tour of Rue Mouffetard and the history surrounding the street. Visited three merchants for a small bite of their wares, then onto his restaurant. The meal and wine pairing were excellent.

Alex and Phillipe have a nice restaurant. Alex walks you through the market explaining the neighborhood history with samples from local vendors. Then you are seated at their restaurant for 7 tastings and wine pairings of seasonal French items. Alex is passionate about food, wine and all things France. Perfect lunch with good value.

You get to know typical French dishes and we accompany it with really good wine. However, the portions are really small and you had to share something like the dessert more often. Chef Alex is very friendly and tells a lot about the individual courses. The experience was nice but very hectic as there was no break between courses. Still good for people who want to experience French cuisine through many small dishes!:)
